Been taking these for about a year I believe, and do not know what I would do without them! The Drs had me on a prescription drug; which for me was horrible! Changed my personality and depressed me, and was a scary bear to ween off of! Now I use this and it helps my neuropathy and my brain function. I am very pleased with the product and plan to continue to purchase them. First few times I took them; I felt a little strange, not bad, just odd; but in no time at all, I adjusted and found the right amount for me, and it's just one! So this large bottle lasts me a long time! I take it every morning. I occassionally stop for a couple of days or so, however; so I don't have to increase the dosage, (just my own idea, not sure if it works, but it seems to for me.). I can tell the difference when I stop, and when I go back on and it has been about a year and I am still taking just the one. Others may need more. Anyway, I definitely intend to keep buying them. Hope this helps others out there going through the same issues!

So far this is the best product I've tried for my brain. I have taken homeopathic remedies for over 50 years and suffer from many injuries from head, heart value leakage to myofascial etc. With all the hype with opioides it's been difficult to get pain meds or even ibuprofen let alone a topical cream to ease the jumping of my nerve endings from all the pain and palpitations. With the use of this product I'm finally getting a more natural relief from brain confusion and I like to think my palpitations are less with calmer nerves aiding sleep. There are a ton of studies on line for this helping everything from depression to diabetes to cancer. I'm using it to help my dog who has polyneuropathy and it's made a huge difference. He gets 2 mg a day. It takes good (just salty) so it can be sprinkled on his food and he eats it no problem. I am taking it also. It definitely does improve mood and is an "upper", so not recommended before bed.

I have a pinched or blocked nerve somewhere in my neck that causes numbness down my left arm thumb and finger. I have been tested by several specialists and the end result was a traction device for my neck. The daily usage of this device is royal pain in the ..... so I stopped using it. What I did notice is that after using this product on weight lifting days it would give some relief, I decided to use one pill daily and the numbness has drastically reduced over a period of two weeks. I am not sure if blockage or plaque is being cleared, but the circulation has massively improved.

I do not eat anything pork derived. Picture of product does not fully show ingredients. I feel deceived once I received product and saw gelatin as 1st ingredient, I called 800 number. The CS rep. did not know gelatin source. and promised a product expert would contact me with answer. so far no one has replied. I will return unopened if I do not get gelatin source or find out it is pork derived. I am disappointed I have to take 3 capsules to get the 600 mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid. I should have paid attention to previous customer review.
