I bought and returned three other products for icing my shoulder. This fits me perfect gives me support and keeps the ice in place. It is also reasonably comfortable and adjustable.

This did help my shoulder, but the reason for three stars is that it is difficult to pull it tight against the shoulder without help; the velcro keeps catching as you try to pull. I finally left the body strap off, and slept with the pad tucked around my shoulder. It worked for me.

Torn Roator cuff. Waiting for surgery. This wrap puts the ice pack right where I need it and holds it comfortably in place. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Didn’t fit as expected

I like the sturdiness of the material. but the Velcro doesn't stick as well for me, when its attached.

Acheté pour une capsulite. Très bonne qualité, et bien pensé. Le pad de glace à l’intérieur ne monte pas jusqu’en haut, ce qui fait que le dessus de l’épaule n’est pas couvert. Mais très pratique quand même pour en couvrir une bonne partie.

As described. Heating pad is big enough to cover your shoulder. The pad stays warm for a little bit more than 20 minutes. It easy to put and adjust with your good arm.

I bought it thinking it would support my bad arm but it to bulky and fits big not happy with the purchase.
