Since I am a regular user, I like it. I have been using it since 2-3 years now. Value for money, Effective in hair fall and soft.

The shampoo is good but will have to check the results after using it over a period of time. The packaging can be improved as I got the product in a bad condition. The shampoo had spilled over the bottle and was slightly messy to handle the bottle.

Issue which we faced, the bottle had leaked and since it is shrink wrapped the shampoo which was worth using two times was, thankfully, remained inside the wrap which we somehow managed to use. This shampoo is not cheap and could not have wasted. Second, the pump did not work. I had to literally bang, pull, smash, rotate in all directions and than it worked. Yes, we did the right thing of rotating the pump anti clock wise multiple times before that. Even now the pump seems to work the half way down only. Probably the pump is of inferior quality and would have leaked on the way. Will wait to see the results, if any, in a couple of months. Third the bottle came in a box too big for that. Such a waste of packaging.

This shampoo doesn't promote hair growth. If you oil your hair, then to wash your hair a lot of shampoo is required. It eventually makes hair dry and unnourished.

Nice larther but I am not sure if it’s paraben and sulfate free. dries the hair out a bit but otherwise a very good buy!
