This fish oil is truly high quality - no taste, smell or fish burps. I am taking it to help lower cholesterol and so far it seems to be helping. I would not use any other brand.

I take these daily as a part of my vitamin supplements. I will not use any other brand. They are a large size, clear gel type pill so if you struggle swallowing pills they may not be for you. Really no bigger than other fish oil pills I’ve taken in the past just something to think about if that’s an issue for you. I have no trouble swallowing them. I do not find any after taste or acid reflux. I believe them to be one of the best on the market. They were recommended to me by a trusted nutritionist so I recommend purchasing them if you take fish oil. They do not have a noticeable smell to me. They are a little more expensive than the fish oil you can purchase at the grocery store, etc. but in my experience you get what you pay for in some products and in my opinion, this is one of them. Worth the money.

This supplement is the one! I was a little taken a back that the gelcaps are black instead of clear like the original version but no biggie. They work great!

Good quality

I've reordered this and the quality has been consistently good. Before choosing Nordic Naturals, I did extensive research and found this to be the best and most reliable brand. The downside is taking the daily dose means swallowing two giant soft gels, which took some time getting used to, and I could imagine could potentially be an issue for some. I haven't noticed any clear changes after using a little over one bottle, it's more of a preventative supplement. Over all, I am glad to take both Omega 3 and CoQ10 together and not having to take even more pills. Also, there is no smell or any fishy burps or anything like that. Personal tips: Take with food and plenty of water, set a daily reminder for consistency.

These are large capsules but very smooth and easy to swallow. They do not taste fishy at all and have a hint of lemon flavor. My omega levels were low on bloodwork. This is my 3rd bottle. Highly recommend

I like this one as there are no fishy burps later even though it is a pretty large capsule.
