Just... wow.
I'm... amazed. This does almost exactly what I want it to. I ordered a size larger than I measured for because I saw in some of the reviews that it would fit better if I did. As soon as I put it on and fixed my chest in there (down and out folks. push down and out.), I was completely amazed. I wasn't completely flat, but I didn't expect to be with a set of 36 DDs. It was pretty damn close, though. The material is comfortable enough that I don't wear anything between it and my skin. The fit is comfortable enough that I have almost no discomfort even after 10+ hours of wearing it. Three things though. 1) The length makes it roll up at the bottom, and even tucking it into pants doesn't fix that. It does mean, however, that it can be folded up for extra compression on the chest. 2) I end up with weird lumps where my breasts sit, and (it may be a nervous tick but) I keep having to adjust myself under the binder. 3) While the hook-and-eye front is incredible and makes it really easy to put on, it does mean that I can't wear just the binder. I love it. So much. It makes me feel better about myself when I wear it, and the problems are minor compared to the relief I feel when I look at myself in the mirror.

Great compression, easy movement, nicely breathable.
I ordered the 3X. I have (barely) D breasts and it compresses them very well, but it's tight around the midsection since I'm a pretty round guy. The latches make it very easy to put on and take off, and they're well-hidden under most clothing. (Maybe don't wear a leotard, but you should be fine with fitted shirts and tanks.) It's very comfortable, and I can easily bend and move around with it. If you don't wear a tight bottom with it, it can slide around a bit because of the material, but that's a slight annoyance at worst. IMO, this is better than the cropped versions and the econo versions at compressing the chest, and if you can afford this option, I'd definitely go for it.

Good product
The vest fits me just a little loose and i hope it will shrink in the wash. Overall though its pretty comfortable. Dont hesitate to buy. I measured at 48.5 inch chest so i went up. I should have bought the true size.

runs very small
Thin and runs extremely small. So think I am afraid it would rip if the I wore it for the extreme compression post surgery. For size reference: I use the UA heat gear compression shirt in XS (this is for size ref only, they are different products)

No Way to Adjust Shoulders
I was looking to buy an additional vest after a procedure and this was one of the few that had the loops in the front vs. the zipper enclosure. What I didn't notice was the shoulders were not adjustable like the one I received from the doctor. The vest also fit a little smaller than the doctor, and without the shoulder adjustment I couldn't make it work. Aside from the fit the material was good.

... a stage 1 compression vest to help get the best result post surgery so for the price this seemed ...
Had gynecomastia surgery (15 years too late) - surgeon just suggested very tight under armour but I read hundreds of suggestions online from other surgeons urging the use of a stage 1 compression vest to help get the best result post surgery so for the price this seemed wise to try to wear for the first 2-3-4 weeks to help keep swelling down and hopefully help my skin retract some. Definitely more support than just under armour and helps keep pain pretty much non existent due to the constant pressure over the entire chest wall. When I took it off to shower 8 days post op (I had an abdominoplasty at the same time - dropped 100 lbs over 2 years and had lots of excess lower abdominal skin that had to go) and without the vest on I was immediately reminded that I had my chest operated on via random sharp pain and dull stinging. This vest keeps that from happening and I feel will help me get a better end result but I am already thrilled with being rid of the chunks of breast tissue that basically ruined my life up until this point.

Form and Function+!
I purchased this binder vest in anticipation of gynecomastia excision surgery for the second time (I first had it two years ago, but it wasn't entirely successfull). Immediately upon getting the surger done, the surgeon put this vest on and asked me to keep it on for a few days. Four days out from surgery, I have almost no bruising at all, and none of the fluid collection that I experienced the first time around. The vest is legit - it holds everything in place that it should, but is breathable and flexible enough to wear all day. The only draw back is that you can see the clasps under a t-shirt, which sort of resemnbles a corset or bra, but for men who are wearing dress shirts and button downs, this is the perfect choice post surgery, or to just smooth out a bit before wearing a slim fitting outfit. 10/10 would recommend. I purchased a size up from what I normally wear and was glad I did, anything smaller would be very tight.

I did not like this product at all
I don't know what the others are talking about, I did not like this product at all. I ordered this for my son who had Gynecomastia surgery last week. I thought a front open vest would be easier to put on. However the material was too stiff and scratchy, the vest was too tight and the hook closures were too difficult to close specially when it is so tight. It did not work for us at all. I am sorry I had to return it.

I love the product because it was exactly what I was looking for in a chest binder. I wear Dcup bras and this managed to flatten my chest soo much. I'd recommend buying a size bigger if you are the limit to the size chart.

Purchased this not for comfort, but do do the specific task of compressing my chest after surgery. Compresses evenly and very firmly, and does its job well. I'm 5'7 and bought the M which says it fits 36-39" chest. With a armpit measurement of 38.5" and a "mid-ribcage" of 37", it fits my chest snugly, just as it should. HOWEVER be aware that its torso is long and the waist 'nips in' a lot. Guys who are shorter or with a stomach ≥ their chest measurement may find it pulls up or doesn't fit well in the waist and hips. Made of stiff, stretchy net-like fabric; sturdy and well-made. The difference between this "Extreme" compression binder and the other underworks binder that looks the same is that this one has TWO LAYERS of fabric in the front panels of the vest. Definitely recommended for after surgery because it is so easy to put on, but I would have wanted something else for everyday wear.

Size fits fine. I have a C cup and it flattens fine. Not uncomfortable, pretty good binder
