Built like a tank and feels satisfyingly heavy in the hand. Battery life is excellent providing you give it a full charge and I do mean a FULL charge before using it. Run it all the way down until the battery is exhausted and then give it another FULL charge. Do this and the battery will easily last a day and a half (I'm a heavy smoker).It takes a little getting used to, the arc instead of flame takes a second or two to light the cigarette evenly but it's great to be able to light a ciggie one handed and not care a bit about wind or rain; in short it does exactly what it's supposed to do and does it very well indeed. Highly recommended.Lighter arrived on time and also well packaged. Comes with a short charging cable and USB a/ c adapter. No problems at all, I can recommend this seller with reservations, excellent service.

This lighter is amazing. It's solid, charges really quickly and works however windy or rainy it is. I've been using it for 3 months and no problems so far. I even accidentally put it through the wash and it still worked. It's not much good for lighting candles as the lid gets in the way but for cigarettes it's amazing.

Excellent quality .. works well and good battery life only down side it needs the laser starter lens cleaned regularly but otherwise love it , bought another one so must be good !

I've so far been using this lighter for only two weeks. It's far better than other electric lighters I've bought in the past. Battery life could be better, though, and it seems like I'll need to recharge after 70-80 cigarettes. Recharging is, however, fast and easy! So far, I might add. Only time will tell for how long this lighter will last. I keep my fingers crossed!Overall impression so far: A quality lighter that looks good with nice features that will do the job also when winds are very strong!

Have had this for almost 2 months now and it's great for the price however, mine has now developed an issue with the hinge and contact being made electrically. I tend to have to open the lighter and adjust the hinge manually back and forth slightly for the light to come on and for everything to work. So I can only deduce that the hinge has loosened with regards to the electrical contacts, as hinge still feels firm and solid. Battery needs to be charged several times per day if you are using it as an every day carry, and a weak battery with result in zero arc, also ash build-up on the contacts creates this problem. Probably worth spending more if you want an arc lighter that's reliable and long lasting, or buy this for a cheap yet decent for the price option.

Nice product with cool cross-over plasma arc effect. I’m very pleased with it. Lights very well, I’ve used it to light candles, paper and gas. The battery life is good and it is fairly quick to recharge over USB. The unit has a nice solid weight to it and a positive safety lid close action. There is also a hard switch to turn it off for additional safety. The touch sensor to activate arc is good and illuminated. The battery level indicator is useful too. I would recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this item about 4 weeks ago it has been working since then but the last week it has had a defect on it and I'm unable to use to it's full capacity see video above . I am unable to contact the seller as there is no information for this and am unable to return as I dont have the box. I would be very grateful for any advice and help. I would like to review the item at it's full capacity and hopefully resolve this matter please help... many thanks

This product is as described and I was very impressed with the technology in this lighter. It's a very futuristic style lighter which is way more efficient than the traditional flame style. It lights things faster than a gas based lighter. Using the green light as the ignitor is genius and effortless. I've tested the lighter in heavy wind and works perfectly everytime. The battery also lasts very long. Overall I'm very happy with this product and glad that I don't have to buy another gas lighter again...this is the future of lighters!
