What what sealant do you recommend to caulk between this seal and fiberglass skin of RV?

I used a white RV caulk and sealed along the top edge of the new rubber seal along the rv wall. Not the bulb just along the slip on edge of metal edging.

Is this the track or the actual d bulb seal?

This piece is the "bubble" that slides on to the track. The track can be either a metal one or part of the rubber "wiper" - seal. I needed to replace the wiper and the bubble part on my 2004 Cedar Creek 5th wheel.
