XFusion Keratin Hair Fibers

My hair has been thinning for many years now since adulthood and especially in the crown area over recent years leaving embarrassed and self conscious. In high school a long hair style and even styles after hid my problem quite well. I'm now in my late 20s and so needless to say I didn't have any popular hairstyle options except buzz extremely short which I don't want. It might looks good on me but I'd rather have something else before I eventually cave to the buzz permanently. So I've started minoxidil to save what I have for a while and on a whim ordered X-Fusion dark brown. This stuff is great with a little practice. First off, if you are like me you can't just gel your hair because it makes the thinning more obvious. So I use either hair spray, hair paste, or hair gel that I comb out/style to break apart the gelled clumps. Once I have the basic shape right and my hair isn't clumped together I apply the X-Fusion. It takes a few tries to figure out what your doing but they mean what they say about not applying to wet hair. You also have to work it just right to not get too much on your scalp because that looks bad. Once you figure out the careful art of angling your head and holding the shaker just right this isn't too bad either. If you screw up bad you can just wash your hair again. The first days I wore it successfully female co-workers said my hair looked great and asked what had I done, meaning your not going to sneak this past someone who already knows what your hair looks like so don't try. Just be honest. I told most of them I dyed it and found a new hair styling product. If they asked anything else I told them what that product was. I think lying is a form of weakness so I don't but X-Fusion works well enough that you could. What really is helpful for the purpose of accuracy during application is the nozzle head you can purchase that delivers the product more evenly. Also, don't get too wet. It does wash out if you are caught in a downpour. Probably a bad idea to do any heavy physical activity either. My hair looks great now. I don't think it will work on bald spots but if you have hair, even if it is thin, it will help out tremendously.

I am 50+ years old and have had problems with thinning hair since my first son was born 25 years ago. It started out slow, but got increasingly worse. I now have quite thin hair on top of my head, while having adequate hair elsewhere. I have thin hair, and not much of it, so that you can see through my (dyed) red hair to my pink scalp. I was getting very depressed about how this looked, especially in the sunlight -- and since I am just barely over 5 feet tall, this means that many people are viewing me from ABOVE my head. Not good. I was concerned enough that I began to do research into hair weaves (expensive) and hair transplanting (expensive and not always a positive outcome, from what I could see). Neither seemed like a great option. I bought X-Fusion with a very skeptical outlook. I couldn't really see how it could work. If you are skeptical, BUY THIS PRODUCT NOW. You won't be skeptical for long. The little hair-type fibers come out of the container and settle into your scalp, where they stay. I do this before I use hairspray. The color is not quite my haircolor, but that doesn't matter. IT LOOKS GOOD. I'm not joking. I've had comments made by friends and family that, basically, on the days I use the product, my hair looks good. NOT having a shiny scalp show through your hair is just enough to make it appear as if your hair is thicker. It may be an illusion, but it's a good illusion. It's also way less expensive than any other alternatives. I've read the other reviews, and I don't see why anybody would complain about this product. The product does NOT come off in the rain, does NOT come off on my pillow, and does NOT make a mess in my bathroom. The product, once applied, does not show -- it purely looks as if I do not have a thinning hair problem anymore.

For about the last 5 years I have been losing hair around the crown. It has been so embarrassing that I really felt self conscious and at a loss of what to do. I was about to purchase a wig. My hairdresser turned me on to this product and I purchased it in the shop. It was a lot more expensive there. I came home and looked up xfusion on Amazon and there it was at half the price that I paid for it in the shop. I immediately purchased more from this site. This product is absolutely amazing. It works. It makes my hair look so much fuller and the bald spot and the thinning does not show at all. It looks so natural and completely undetectable. I am so happy that I found this product. When you apply it, you should put a towel over the sink to catch the loose fibers. They are very fine. The dark brown matches my hair perfectly. This doesn't seem to be something that you need to apply everyday. Mostly after a shampoo when hair is dry and then maybe a little in between washings. It doesn't come off on your pillow. The one caveat on this site is that prices seem to be all over the place from the different vendors, so shop well. While this product isn't cheap, it is worth every penny and then some. The service and delivery was the same great service that Amazon provides.

Love this product and have bought it on several occasions. Its very easy to apply, just shake the fibres into your hair, give your hair a brush and spray a little hairspray. Sorted. Clings to your own hair well too, in wind and rain and what not. Granted rubbing rigourously at your hair will knock some of the fibres out but to be honest most will stay put till you wash your hair. Only down side is getting an exact colour match is difficult, this auburn colour is very close to my natural hair colour, but I bought a small light brown bottle of X-Fusion to mix in to get a better fit. In direct sunlight this product has a more reddish tinge than my own hair, its not particularly noticeable, but I'm very subconcious of my hair, and thankfully it is easily fixed.

Really help to hide those thinning areas. Boosts confidence.
