We used to have table mats like this when I was a kid - just saying ...If you like a spot if sushi and want to make your own these do a really good job of rolling them so no complaints at all there. My only problem is they are bamboo and string and if your sushi leaks when you roll them they are a pig to clean.That said there is a really easy way round that, just put a sheet if greaseproof paper on it before you start adding the ingredients and you are sorted.
