Product is good but quantity advertised and quantity deilvered is not matching.
Quantity of the product i received is not as per it is advertised.Its advertised as 10+1kg free but the item sent after purchase is only 10kg.Drools products are great as im a regular buyer,but this errors in sending items without checking the quantity advertised is problem.Even after promising a replacement on first attempt and waiting for 4 days for replacement,again the same error and same quantity of item received.Not a good solution to the order replacement.

Less weight than mentioned
The product says 10 kg but it doesn't look like it. Ut was probably 7-8 kg package. Also the 1 kg pack was missing... It was definitely not part of the large package as nothing was mentioned on the oack about extra or free 1 kg in it.

My dog was vomiting while on this food. Switched to another food with no other changes made to the routine and vomiting stopped.
