If you cut off the front of your 1986 Volvo 740, and weld the front of a 1988-2000 Honda Civic to the rear half of your existing Volvo 740, then this Honda Civic strut tower brace will fit. Alternatively, a 1994-2001 Acura Integra front end can also be used in place of the Honda Civic front end.
