Thickener
Whew! They got it RIGHT. SWEET rice flour. I was worried it just rice flour would be sent but they GOT IT RIGHT! I use this to thicken fonio as hot cereal in the morning. It only take a teaspoon or two. Love this stuff. Great thickener

This is one of the best flour products on the market
This is a must for baking and you want your cakes, desserts, and other dishes to be really chewy. It’s important to have this and not just regular flour. I love using it for Korean desserts, it’s super easy to use and is great for all sorts of chewy desserts.

Perfect for dusting bread linen when making sourdough bread
As with all Bob's Red Mill products, the quality is superior. I purchased this specifically to dust the linen in sourdough baskets when making bread. The texture of this flour is very fine and it does an excellent job of coating the linen and allowing the dough to release without sticking.
