I hope this isn't to detailed but my OB/GYN has suggested to intake probiotics I need good bacteria because I am having reoccurrence of yeast almost every month. The Greek yogurt isn't working. I have also been weight training since December 2019 so I am pretty active even during Quarantine so vitamins and minerals are important to exercising.
