As far as I know, after living in England for 4 years, English Breakfast Tea is not caffeine free.. The tea is bundled into aluminum foil packets to keep the tea fresh. The tin does not say it’s caffeine free.

Hello, our teabags are paper and do contain a tiny amount of plastic at the moment. We are working to remove this and plastic-free teabags should be available in early 2021

Company should make sure container tin is properly packaged to insure tin does not get damaged during shipping. Customer expects no damage to their item ordered and seller is responsible for safe arrival of item or items to customers. DL
