This massager is amazing and so easy to use!! Oh my goodness, it's so good!! Look, this is a shiatsu massager for your feet. While you can control the amount of pressure by raising your feet, it is going to provide a nice deep, glorious foot massage to the soles of your feet. If your feet are sensitive, you may not like this, or you can use the included cover coupled with a good pair of thick socks. Now, how it works is you have a platform with 6 spinning disk on it. Each disk has three nodes that stick up on top. The middle disks on each side are on springs and move up and down when pressure is applied to them. Also these spring loaded disks spin in one direction while the two at the top and below the middles ones spin in the opposite direction. When you first turn the massager on using the middle button at the middle, bottom of the platform's surface, you will immediately be in "Auto Mode". What that means is that the massager automatically changes speed and direction of the disks. You will know you are in Auto Mode because the power button will be yellow. Hit the button again and it will turn to green and the center disks will start spinning in a clockwise direction while the top and lower disks spin in a counter clockwise direction. Hit the power button again and the middle disk will spin counter clockwise and the top and bottom disks will spin clockwise. Hit the power button a fourth time and the massager will turn off. The left button with the descending lines adjusts the speed and the button with the wavy lines controls the heat. When you first turn the machine on, the heat will be on high and the massage disks will be bright red in color. Hit the heat button again and the light will decrease and so will the heat. Hit the heat button again and the light will turn off and so will the heat. I found the heat to feel oh so very comfortable on my achy feet. I do find the two heat setting to be quite adequate. I can have it on high for a little while but eventually I turn the heat down and I have also used it with the heat off. Unlike with some massagers, you can actually feel the heat quite nicely when in use. Over all, I am so incredibly happy with this massager!! I have plantar fasciitis and the pain relief when using this is fantastic. Oh my goodness, it feels so darned good!! One thing I will mention, once again, is that if you find the massager to be a bit too intense, it does come with a cover and you can also wear thick socks to help absorb some of the pressure, though I personally prefer thin socks, just so I can keep the surface clean, not because I want to decrease the sensation of the massager. If you have foot pain or plantar fasciitis or if you just want to relax better after a hard day or night's work, I absolutely recommend getting one of these. Even if you have sensitive but achy feet, I still recommend it because you can lessen the sensation and still get wonderful use from this. I am not kidding, if you get one of these, Oh boy, will you be glad you did!! Oh, by the way, I have a size 13W foot and can wear up to a size 14 mens regular width shoe and this massager works wonderfully with enough space for my feet to get a nice, full, complete massage. So large footed individuals like myself, rejoice! You can use this too!

My feet have been a problem for years being flat footed. I was manually doing it and it was a real chore and did not hit all the places I needed. I didn't want to stick my foot in a boot but wanted an open design to move my feet around in different positions. It gives you 3 modes and each is allowing you to add of take away heat. I like that option ! The rollers are amazing and they are durable as well. My feet are in much less pain since I started using this. A great Product !

I really like this! I've tried a couple different models of Neck Tek and didn't love. One was too aggressive, actually left big bruises on my arches. The other was moderately strong but loud and the heat turned off when the massage ended. I like this because you can use heat without massage, and the massage has 3 intensities to choose from. Low is mild,. stimulating, nice for under my desk while I work - warms me and keeps me awake. Medium and high both dig into my feet and relieve tension. I can also slide my feet around for multiple positions on the rollers to target different areas. It comes with a neoprene cover that is washable, also adds a little padding which reduces intensity. I wasn't sure what to expect when I bought it, but this is a keeper. My only con is that it squeals on the highest setting - hopefully that's not a red flag for early failure. 🙏

This is one of the best items I have purchased on Amazon! I struggle with plantar fasciitis—but this foot massage understands the assignment! If you deal with plantar fasciitis you know it is sometimes painful and/or uncomfortable to walk. It feels like I am going to pull a muscle in my foot with each step. Whenever I have an episode of plantar fasciitis I do one session on this foot massage and my foot feels 100% better! A complete 180 degree difference.

This blows other massagers out of the water, amazing product and have solved a long lasting issue i've had with Plantar Fasciitis, i totally recommand it if you have pain issues and tired foot, or if you work for extended hours standing, this can help relax your feet quickly, specially with the great price tag, not to mention, works pretty well for your back as well.
