Yes. You will need to remove the screw on the belt clip to adjust for a horizontal carry.

9.45” full blade length 4” blade

Q: Will this sheath attach to Molle?

To be honest, I don't know. For my own edification I looked up Molle rigs and I assume the attachments are paracord-based. The Kydex sheath has eyelets only on one side. This limits it's attachment capabilities. It'll flop around with such an arrangement. As far as combat, this is a 420 stainless and entry level knife but again, a fantastic blade for the price. Love the design and the balance. Grips are solid too. The Tek-Lok clip? Ehhh. It's not bad. I wrapped paracord around the sheath to use for horizontal belt carry anyway and the tension holds the paracord in position. Hope this helps
