Way over priced!!! Quality is awful! Parts were unglued in package. Holes do not lineup, hardware was packaged incorrectly. Not enough of the correct size screws. Overall finish is shotty at best. Cushions are blue not gray! Not as nice as pictured online.

Way better quality than I expected! The cushions are super fluffy and the bumper pads zip off for easy washing — love that. It was ridiculously easy to put together, no tools needed, and it’s very sturdy. My doodles go right up the stairs (I added some cheap grip tape $7 from Amazon ). In the photos, my 11-year-old labradoodle claimed the top bunk while the boxer and dachshund took the bottom — and later they all switched spots because apparently every level is the best level. 😂

My dogs really love this bed. But I do have some issues. Some of the parts were broken. The bed was obviously used, put sold as new I say that because there was dog care. On the bedding and some of the parts were broken and it took me so long to put it together that I wasn't able to return it in time, but it was okay. Um, they love it, nothing at a little duct. Tape and some gorilla glue couldn't handle.As long as my babies love it, it's okay.

My dog loves this bunk bed as her safe space. Unfortunately came with broken piece and had to wait for replacement. The steps are very steep and only good for smaller dogs. I would recommend nothing over 20lbs. I also had to buy skateboard grip tape and put it on the stairs because they were to slippery and the dog could get hurt. Cool but not worth the price in my honest opinion.

Half the materials in the package were broken and the quality of the materials were horrendous. It is a cheap plastic material that breaks and shatters when pressure is applied. This product is supposed to support a LARGE dog up to 100lbs!?? I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND this product. And for the price?! It is a shame this product was approved as sell worthy.

I had been eyeing this bed for many months for my dogs. Set up was not easy, a lot of the pre-drilled holes were not aligned correctly, it took us a whole day to get it set up. When we finally did set it up, we thought it was very nice in our bedroom, however, the wood has a very strong chemical smell. We thought maybe it just needed to be aired out. Our dogs, however, hated it. They refused to sleep in it, kept us up for a whole week because they would rather sleep on the couch than on this bed. We tried everything to get them to sleep in it, but after many sleepless nights, realized it's not happening. We do not have the original packaging to return this item, and I'm very upset with this company that they refuse to accept this return without all original boxes and packaging. A waste of $500. Never again.

My pets love this bed. Great quality too.
