Omg you’re gonna love these. They’re crisp, a little salty and a little oniony. My partner is the only person in our house that can eat gluten and even he’s addicted to these. I haven’t found a brand that’s consistently crisp, has such delicious flavor, and is completely addicting like Yehuda Matzo. They’re also intact when Whole Foods delivers them with our groceries. They don’t come smashed to bits like other brands. Ten big perfect oniony matzoh is what I find in every box. Every now and then they go on sale so I buy extra. I like to keep them in the pantry and stock up whenever we run low. My kids love them, too. You won’t be disappointed- they’re so delicious.

These are the best tasting "matzah" Can't use for ceremonial part of seder but my go to after that!

Right out of the box, it was pretty good. Kinda like eating an onion cracker. It made poor matzo brei, in my opinion. I, barely, soaked them in water and it turned out to be a soggy mess. I miss the texture of real matzo brei. I felt the onion flavor helped the flavor of the matzo brei better than the plain flavor. I might try putting them dry into egg mixture, but it was in the pan that it turned into a soggy mess. They were expensive and broke into pieces during shipping, which was ok, because I was testing for matzo brei

I ordered a pre-Passover box to try out as one of my relatives asked for a gluten free Passover meal. These came a little smooshed so I was ready to dislike them. However, the first bite had me hooked. They beat out the flavor of any other matzo I have had. The toasted onion taste is great, easily comparable to any tasty cracker. They look and feel like matzo, just a little thinner and crispier/crunchier than most, making them seem like a very high quality, specialty matzo that I would be glad to serve to guests. I am going to use these with toppings as my hors d'oeuvres for company and my Passover mainstay. They taste so good that they will be welcome year round.
