Seems like a high quality product with good ingredients. Easily digestible without issues.

I like it and would buy it again. Garden of life is one of the few you can trust, they don't just use fake or synthetic vitamins like most others. This puts them in the high quality range. And the smell is fine, they actually smell pretty good.

As a long time user of these products, I found it strange the size of the bottle received vs the contents of the bottle. So I counted them, the bottle was 2 pills short and one was in half with no other half in the bottle. 🤷‍♀️ still like the products, but misleading.

So far so good, you only need to take 2 pills a day and they are not stupid big pills. Only time will tell if I feel a difference. But I'm sure while being an organic vitamin it will help my body with needed vitamin deficiency.

I've been taking these right around a year or so and these organic multi vitamins are awesome! They are a little on the expensive side, but for your general health and well-being they're definitely worth the extra cost. They make me feel great and since I've started taking them I have willingly backed off some of my normal coffee amount in the mornings, just haven't had the need for the extra energy that coffee gives me that these multi vitamins don't provide on a daily basis. The only friction point with these is ever so often they go unavailable everywhere so if you do decide to try them out and like them, be sure to stock up on them when you can. Highly recommend!

I have been an avid user of various diet supplements for more than 20 years. I have also spent a lot of time and energy searching for the best options. Multivitamins in particular, are extremely difficult to assess because of the wide variety of ingredients, fillers, dosages, etc. Many vitamins seem to have way too much of certain nutrients while lacking in others. I have used Garden of Life products for many years, but I can honestly say that this is the product I have been waiting for. Everything is derived from organic whole food ingredients meaning that the body should assimilate these as food rather than as lab-made artificial creations which is what most other vitamins contain. If you aren't well-versed in vitamins and supplements in general, then feel free to do a little research on the difference between folate and folic acid to get a sense of what I am talking about. Folate is the naturally occurring B-Vitamin critical to pre-natal health while folic acid is the synthetic alternative with numerous possible negative effects. Most lower quality vitamins contain the cheaper folic acid version. This vitamin has taken everything into account, including a patented tablet made from food. The other nice feature of this product is that a daily dose is two tablets per day so if you are someone that eats a very healthy diet and would only look to vitamins as an insurance policy against missing certain nutrients, you could easily just take one tablet a day and double the duration of each bottle. In summary, I can't recommend this enough. My wife is currently pregnant and she is taking the prenatal version and it gives us both a great sense of comfort to know she isn't loading up on synthetic vitamins and dubious fillers.

Results are noticeable

This is a great product, admittedly, it’s hard to affirm that a multivitamins are actually working. Having said that, I do experience better health, my nails and hair grow surprisingly quick now. The main reason for purchasing this product over other similar types, is because only real and natural ingredients are used. No synthetic vitamins; it’s gentle on our stomachs too (we purchase both men’s and women’s multi). We choose twice a day over one a day, as the body will work to remove any excess, so by using one tablet am and another pm, we have a steady flow of vitamins and minerals in our blood all day. We have purchased this product for many months now, and will continue, while we can afford it!

Have bean a vegetarian for almost 10 years, started taking the vitamins, and woke up with massive boners on day one. Too early to tell if they are good or not.
