These are definitely sturdy enough for the work I do. Not sure why others have commented they weren’t sturdy enough. You get two vertical clamps and two horizontal clamps that have a recess and are meant to fit in the T-track differently. Since these are good quality, I will be buying the longer version as well. Note: I used a spare pice of T-track mounted on my work bench for storage of these clamps.
