If anyone on here has ever suffered with a Rotator Cuff Tear they will know the agony it causes. It's a tear in your shoulder muscle. I had never heard of it, had no idea where it was in your body, but an exercise band did the trick. It took about a month to start to hurt from the day I knew I did it when a massive black bruise came up on the inside of my right arm. Physiotherapy helped but I'm waiting to see a consultant in this field. Anyway, getting to the point, this Bio-freeze Spray is pretty good. It's strange because it makes the area freezing cold for a while, before it settles down, and you can't feel the pain, or it reduces it considerably, but you don't feel cold in yourself. You can get a gel, but I find that drops on the floor very quickly and seems to have a life of it's own, but they are both non sticky. The spray is easier to do yourself though. They actually call the pain that you get with Rotator Cuff Tear "The Suicide Pain", so that will tell you exactly how agonising it is especially when trying to sleep. If you have done this to yourself, or had an accident causing it, give this spray a go. Amazon have it much cheaper than pharmacies. Personally, I would sooner go through child birth again, and that's saying something !!! Steroid injections, physio or an operation are the only cures. Good luck. 25th October 2025 - Have seen a consultant and am having Guided Steroid Injections 2 in each shoulder plus Physio still. Have used both bottles now and ordering another 2 - have recommended to several people who are in pain. 17th November 2025 - Had a Guided Steroid Injection but hasn't done much good. Another 2 booked. Have not torn the Rotator Cuff thank goodness, but injured it, but curable. I've now ordered another joint pack of these, making it 8 in all I think, but there is one strange thing. The first lot I had was all in English, how to use etc, but the second lot were all in French and another lot were in another language, but no English, just a different language. I'm just wondering if they send the first lot in English and then after that in different languages because they realise you will know. I'll have to ask the Seller. Still good for pain relief though. I hope to be able to dispense with this product eventually, I'll keep you informed.

Great relief

Green jelly, very strong menthol smell when applying, makes the area very cold..literally freezing! Helps with muscle aches & pains but effect only lasts for a couple of hours. Not cost effective when needing to reapply numerous times a day.

Great product works really well

The gel rubs in well and is non greasy. For my purpose I have lower back pain and although this is not a cure I found that it helps to reduce the pain and reduces the need to keep taking OTC medications like paracetamol.

Works very quickly, within a few minutes the pain intensity has reduced by around 50%. However the muscular pain is replaced by a burning sensation like deep heat. If the muscular pain went altogether, then the burning sensation would be acceptable. However, I am left with both. Taken in the round, I opt for the latter - less muscular pain / burning sensation on skin as opposed to not using it at all and living with the muscular pain, but it's not a perfect solution. The burning sensation eases after half an hour. Also it seems to wear off fairly quickly though that might be caused by clothing rubbing against the skin. It is not sticky like ibuprofen gel so I can roll my sleeve back down within a few minutes which is a positibve. It also has a menthol smell, which I don't mind. This product does do part of the job. When the pain is intense, I apply some biofreeze gel and take a couple of OTC pain relievers. The gel kicks in straight away, then the pain killers start to work. It's not a miracle cure, but it is another option for helping to manage pain. Will probably buy again.

This tube of gel is so handy to have in your bag to help relieve pain on the go. It's minty menthol smell is very pleasant and has an added bonus of helping clear your sinuses too. The green gel has a tendency to not behave quite as you'd expect, so if Ike me you have it for back pain, it can fall off your finger as you twist round to apply it. If that happens, be careful as it may stain some fabrics. My reason for not giving 5 stars. From a pain relief perspective it's great, fast working and definitely relieving for an hour or so. And is non greasy If I wake up at night in pain, I no longer reach for pain meds, but pop on some biofreeze & it helps me get back to sleep. I would definitely recommend this product. It lasts a long time, just onto my second tube. Available from other suppliers but most competitively priced, although not cheap & fast delivery from Amazon

La conosceva mio marito e per un infortunio l'ho provata anch'io... Credo che sia la miglior crema che io abbia mai usato. Purtroppo ho provato molte creme (spesso prese in farmacia) ma non mi han fatto nessun effetto mentre questa crema è riuscita (gradualmente) a sgonfiare il mio ginocchio che inizialmente poteva essere scambiato per un melone... Consigliatissima
