Nearly all qualities are excellent: appearance, fit, materials, assembly, stitching, top/bottom padding, With the design though I have 2 quibbles. 1., the 1/4" leather strip directly below the bottom row of keys needs to go away -- it obstructs the side of the thumb depressing those keys, and is has no structural justification, because the material is stiff enough to support freehanging corners. 2., it should zip closed all the way around instead of a tab flap closure, because the open-edge design does not significantly protect corners and ports. Ad if it must have a tab flap, it should be able to get out of the way when open, for example, attached to the top instead of the bottom, or rotatable to tuck underneath, or both (top-attached + rotating). However, because it seems to be the best option available, I would buy it again.

This cover is well made. It is padded and protective. It makes the laptop look much more elegant than its 15 year old self. I’m very happy with purchase and will buy another one.

I goofed...and originally had them send 13" cover for my Apple Air...when I should have asked for 11".But just 2 days later, the right size arrived! Wow! PrettyImpressive!Still better, the cover is first rate: good, snug fit with great tan leather finish.Their ad sez it all and they are five stars all the way! Thanks Mosiso!.

Super chic black "leather" computer case with clean stitching. I cleaned my brand-new Mac and put this on as soon as I got it. It fit snugly on the 11-inch MacBook Air (this would really not fit on any other computer). The top portion fits over the corners of the border around screen using a 1/2 inch of elastic and while it is obvious/contrasts with the sliver screen border, it does not detract from the viewing experience. The base of the computer fits into a sleeve that is contiguous with the rest of the case. It fits over the palm rests and there is a thin piece of "leather" that fits under the spacebar. Other reviewers questioned if it would be a distraction or interfere with typing. After writing countless emails and a term paper, I wasn't really bothered by it, but it is taller than the keys and sometimes it felt like I might mis-strike the space bar. I really love the palm rest protector piece of the computer though. It is a MAJOR plus. I no longer worry about my bracelets or watches scratching the surfaces. The other feature on this case is a prop at the back of the base to make the keyboard more ergonomic. Right now the tab remains in line with the rest of the base while closed, but I wonder if it would become floppy with more use. Lastly the leather clasp is attached to the base right under the trackpad. This is the one thing that is kind of annoying (or maybe I haven't figure out how to manage it). It pops up between my hands as I type and I feel like it should be able to stay out of the way, but it doesn't (yet). Stay tuned for updates on how the case holds up over time.

Great protective cover for MacBook Air. Good price

I am so glad I made this purchase. I have many leather office pieces and this case will fit in perfectly. It is well made and padded and even provides comfort to my wrists while typing. This is a plus for me since I have carpal tunnel. The case is stylish and closes with a nice snap closure. Buy it and you won't be disappointed!!
