Fisetin is a great supplement for many things.

I’ve been taking this 100mg bioactive Fisetin supplement every morning on an empty stomach, and I’m excited about its potential benefits. I started taking it after learning that fisetin is primarily found in strawberries, and I also try to include them in my diet. The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate the quality of this supplement. While it’s too early to tell the long-term effects, I’m hopeful about its anti-aging and cognitive support benefits. Would love to see a higher dose per serving option in the future, but overall, I’m pleased with this product!

I found this product of high quality and reasonably priced. As for clinical effects, the benefits would seem to be with longer term use. Preventing cataracts, cardiovascular, cancer treatment, memory enhancement are among animal studied benefits! I found no liver enzyme elevations at the suggested dose.

Tested well for my body for absorption. When replace, will buy again.

The Steadman Clinic in Vail Colorado was doing a clinical trial on the effects of Fisetin on joints. Steadman is a world renowned clinic. I’m a 71 year old woman that has been very active my whole life and am experiencing pain from arthritis and wear and tear on my joints. I couldn’t participate in the trail because I had just had an injection in my knee so I bought a bottle of your Fisetin supplement. I have taken it for 60 days without side effects. It’s summer, I hike, bike and play pickle ball. I believe that the Fisetin has helped not only my joints but I feel like my cognitive abilities have improved. The memory aspect has been an extra bonus. I just started on my second bottle.

This is a very promising new supplement. Fisetin is a senotherapeutic that extends health and lifespan. It may also have general uses to reduce inflammation and reduce allergic reactions. Quercetin is another bio-flavonoid that can mitigate histamine intolerance and mast cell reactions associated with histamine intolerance and may work well in combination with Fisetin. There are a lot of pretty exciting recent studies about the potential therapeutic effects of Fisetin. I will quote one: "A panel of flavonoid polyphenols was screened for senolytic activity using senescent murine and human fibroblasts, driven by oxidative and genotoxic stress, respectively. The top senotherapeutic flavonoid was tested in mice modeling a progeroid syndrome carrying a p16INK4a-luciferase reporter and aged wild-type mice to determine the effects of fisetin on senescence markers, age-related histopathology, disease markers, health span and lifespan. Human adipose tissue explants were used to determine if results translated. Of the 10 flavonoids tested, fisetin was the most potent senolytic. Acute or intermittent treatment of progeroid and old mice with fisetin reduced senescence markers in multiple tissues, consistent with a hit-and-run senolytic mechanism. Fisetin reduced senescence in a subset of cells in murine and human adipose tissue, demonstrating cell-type specificity. Administration of fisetin to wild-type mice late in life restored tissue homeostasis, reduced age-related pathology, and extended median and maximum lifespan."

I don’t know much about this supplement so I’m all fairness, this rating is not a reflection of the company. This supplement has a horrible odor and after taste. It’s hard to describe. It’s just very bitter. I’m really not too keen on its benefits but if you have sensitivity to odor it taste, this is not the supplement for you. It has not disrupted or interfered with my menstrual cycle. It does not keep me awake at night either. All in all, if you think the benefits outweigh the bad odor and taste then buy it. At least it is a tiny little capsule . The packaging was great, package arrived on time.
