This paddle works perfectly in our Onni pizza oven. We have another larger one, but it doesn’t allow enough movement in the oven to turn the pizza. We have used this for over a year. It is great quality and essential for our craft pizzas.

We use this product to turn our pizzas in the ooni oven. My husband is the main pizza chef at our house and he says this makes things much easier. We own a very nice peel for moving pizza in and out of the oven, however this works much better for turning it. I thought he was crazy needing this for the price but he is very happy with it. I was hesitant to believe I needed a turning peel. It really makes maneuvering your pizzas much easier. Overall it’s a good product. I wish it felt a little more solid. It’s a little flimsy and the handle is plastic but still works well.
