No base or suction cups
Did not come with a base or suction cups. You'll have to screw it down to a cutting board because it slides around while you're spiraling potatoes. Besides the lack of the base it works well.

By far best potato twister cutter I used
Cuts the potato exactly like it advertised and works great! Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because due the to the weight of the equipment, you have to use both hands to force the equipment stable.
