Love this kettle, more expensive than my earlier kettle, but worth it, as I’m sure it will last longer.. My son had one for 15 years, so here’s hoping mind does too!

Best kettle out there, I had my last one almost 10 years. A bit more expensive but worth it.

This is our second Dualit kettle, and we only replaced the old one because the cover of the electric lead had become damaged when too near the cooker...our fault, nothing wrong with the kettle.Efficient and fast boiling. Looks clean and sleek.

I bought this kettle in March 2021 after years of buying kettles that fail after a few years, and now it's broken.It's started to leak and it nnow needs constant resets. Finding it difficult to reset now.I expected more from this very reputable manufacturer, having done extensive research and paying over £90.00 for this item.An email has been sent to the manufacturer for support since the product is out of Amazon's return slot.If you are looking for a reliable kettle I would seriously buy something else if you want long life.Just an update. I spoke to Dualit shortly after posting this review and they told me that this model is not designed to be repaired. Essentially if it fails after 12 months you would have to buy a new kettle.Not very eco friendly.
