Kesnos 70 Pint Dehumidifiers for Spaces up to 4500 Sq Ft at Home and Basements PD253D,White

I ordered the Kesnos 80 Pints Energy Star Dehumidifier from Amazon to dehumidify my entire home which is about 1500 square feet with 8 foot ceiling height. Living in Florida removing the humidity in the home is a 12 month ordeal. The product works extremely well and I am totally satisfied. The main reason for the purchase is to reduce the humidity levels during the months that the air conditioning is not needed to cool the home.After waiting the required 24 hours after setup - I ran the unit on the low fan setting in the center bedroom of the house with the door closed - it brought the humidity down from 62% to 45% in roughly 2 hours. This reading was confirmed by a hygrometer placed in the bedroom. Afterwards I opened the door and the process of reducing the humidity level in the entire home began and after 12 hours operations - I have emptied the bucket twice.I did have an issue with the first one sent to us directly from Amazon – so I contacted Kesnos customer service department. After a few attempts at trouble shooting – it was determined that the unit was damaged and could not be fixed. They sent out a replacement immediately. The level of professionalism of the Kesnos customer service department is of the highest quality and I am confident based on their great service and the early operation of the unit – I choose the correct unit for my home. I give both the customer service department and the product – a 5 stars rating.This unit is well made, easy to operate and quiet. The unit is working great and is reducing the humidity in the entire home. I love this thing! I highly recommend for anyone looking for the best of a whole house dehumidifier.

Received it and let it rest for 24 h , plug it in and let the magic happen. Very silent, No smell , No Leak and really good looking equipment, no too big, fit perfectly. This humidificator look sturdy and well made should last for long time.Super happy with it, performance well it is incredible such a unit can do in 3 days times.. good product , i recommend it 100%

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had the 150 Pints Most Efficient Energy Star Dehumidifier for several months now, and I couldn’t be happier with its performance. Living in a large house with high humidity levels has always been a challenge, but this dehumidifier has made a noticeable difference. It handles my 7,500 sq. ft. space effortlessly, keeping the air dry and comfortable even during the most humid days. One of the best features is its efficiency. It’s Energy Star certified, so I feel confident that it’s not only doing an excellent job but also helping me save on energy costs. The unit is quiet, and I can barely hear it running in the background, which is a huge plus, especially when compared to some of the noisy models I’ve used before.The front LCD display is very user-friendly, providing all the necessary information at a glance. It’s easy to navigate through the settings and customize the dehumidifier’s performance to fit my needs. I love how modern it looks too, blending seamlessly into any room without looking bulky or out of place. Overall, I would highly recommend this dehumidifier to anyone with a large space looking for efficient and reliable humidity control.My only real complaint is with the built-in humidity reader. While the dehumidifier works great, the humidity sensor seems to have trouble providing accurate readings. I’ve compared the display on the unit to my external hygrometer, and the numbers often don’t match up. Sometimes the unit shows a significantly higher or lower humidity level than what is actually present in the room. This discrepancy makes it difficult to adjust the settings accurately, especially when trying to maintain a specific humidity level.It’s frustrating because for a unit of this quality and price range, I expected more precision in the humidity reading. I’ve had to rely on external humidity meters to double-check, which somewhat defeats the purpose of having an all-in-one device. If the humidity reader were more accurate, this would easily be a 5-star product, but this flaw detracts from its overall convenience.

This is the second one of these that we have bought. The last one was seven years old. The new one seems a little quieter. It’s truly nice and works very well. We live 30 miles outside of Savannah and it’s hot and humid here. The air conditioner can’t keep up with the humidity. This unit certainly helped the AC out. It’s easy to pour the water out of and it rolls. I heartily recommend this unit!

So far I am very satisfied with the performance, noise level and ease of use. It has a larger pint per day capacity than my last unit but it's much smaller very quiet. My old one (4 years old) was freezing up and would no longer work properly.I registered the unit and am pleased with the 2 year warranty.

Dehumidifier works extremely well and grabbed over 10 gallons in the first three days of use. Unfortunately, there was an internal malfunction in the first week. I contacted Kesnos to report it. They were extremely prompt with their customer service, and very helpful. They offered a free exchange and paid for shipping. I am very impressed with their professionalism and I look forward to receiving my new machine.

This is a nice looking, quiet unit that works well bringing the humidity down in the whole house (from the basement). Mine did develop a leak...however the Kesnos customer service team is helping me get things sorted. They are attentive and very easy to work with.
