Due to a medical issue, I no longer can empty my grass clippings into large contractor size bags, and put those bags into my bins in order to keep my trash bins clean. I have a corner lot, so it is fairly large and produces a LOT of clippings. That left me just dumping my grass clippings into my bins. My bins have to be behind my fence or in the garage. I cannot drag a full bin across my yard, so I keep them in my garage. I missed mowing the day before garbage pickup so unfortunately I ended mowing the same day garbage was picked up, then I had to wait an extra 2 days due to the holiday. My grass clippings fermented for 9 days of HOT weather and OH MY GOD the horrific STENCH! I tried power washing it with Dawn, then a concentrated oxy cleaner, then scrubbing with more Dawn and bleach and nothing touched the stench. I started to think I would have to start paying for a garbage bin cleaning service, but they only come out to my area once every three months. 1 small application of Sharpshooter and the stench was GONE! I am so happy I found this product. I followed the directions and as stated, within an hour my bin was clean and smelled fresh.

This is amazing. I just sprayed some in the bottom of my trash can and the foul odor is gone.

Fabulous!!! Works just as advertised. Trust me I had major stinky garbage can due to dirty kitty litter. Using this product one time, it was eliminated. Enough said :0)

My husband and I just moved into a different home. We were stuck with the other person’s trash bin. Evidently this person did not bag his trash. The bin smelled so bad, I always dreaded opening the lid. I found this product on Amazon and decided to try since reviews were so good. It is very easy to use and the directions said no need to rinse the bin out after putting this in there. I poured almost the entire bottle in and let it sit for 24 hours. It did take the horrible smell away to a certain extent. Now it still has a strong odor but is isn’t really unpleasant. I think I should get another bottle and use it. The only reason I gave this product a four rather than five is because there is still a stong odor, but I am glad I used it.

excellent. Had a dead rat. doubled bagged and deposited into the garbage can. Well it was a small bag at the bottom. Pick up did not dump the can, just picked up the large bags. Left the rat filled small double bag at the bottom. That was right before the 4th holiday. IT stank, And all the heat we were having, oh god. Finally 6 days later, another garbage pick up, had put the rat filled bag into another double larger bag with other things and lots of baking soda, still ugh.. finally taken, and the can just retained the bad smell. Its extremely hard for some smell to make me nauseous feeling, but that smell did, and it was strong and absorbed by the garbage can. Tried everything, even chlorine, nothing cut it. This came into, and right at the first spraying of it at full strength , the smell was getting cut. let it soak for 30mins, did a rinse, still smelling great.. did it again and letting it soak now again just for a double whammy. But could tell when rinsing it, it worked.. with everything else I tried before this, you can tell, once you started rinsing, nothing was effected. Tried a ton of baking soda, tried bottle of Mr Clean, and tried a bunch of broken up to powder pool tabs... nothing.. This stuff after the one good application, what a difference !!

I don’t normally write reviews, but after using this, I felt compelled to tell everyone how AMAZING it is! My kids are obsessed with fishing, and made their own catfish bait…if you know catfish, the stinkier the bait, the better. We basically had a ziploc bag of rotting, raw chicken and garlic sitting in our garage in 100°+ heat for several days. Gross. That bag went into the dumpster the night before trash pickup…and apparently it came open. The slimy sludge puddled at the bottom of the bin was the most disgusting, vile smell I have ever encountered. I quickly got on Amazon and found this product, and received it the next day. I used it full strength, after hosing out the bin, and let it sit for a little over an hour. After rinsing, there was literally NO smell! The inside of my trash can looks brand new, and I cannot stress this enough—it doesn’t smell!!! Like at all! I’m amazed!

Bottle is durable. size isn’t as big as I expected. the appearance of garbage can after is slightly better when using this. it works ok but could be better. value for money could be better. no leaking. appears well made.

Great stuff for a gross garbage can!
