This was alittle bulky for our floor and set up. But may be ok for a more rustic set up.

Tool a little bit to get the bearings loaded, but works perfectly. Nice design; solidly built

At this price point, I was shocked by the quality of this item. Gage of metal and parts exceeded expectations. Will buy again.

What's not to like? This does exactly what it is supppsed to do and was a breeze to install. It is heavy duty too. I only wish the rollers were taller. In my installation, my door sits 3/4" above the floor to avoid hitting the baseboard's quarter round. I mounted the guide flush to the floor; but the rollers do catch about 1/2" of the door and allow the door to glide.

The item is solid and the wheels feel good. I haven't installed yet and not sure if i will keep it. The chrome finish is the biggest let down as it just feels cheap and looks like it may chip away very soon
