At this point in time, this is a fantastic tool. I say this because of the free extended analysis and recommendation provided by the app on your phone. The tool collects the data and generates a report on your phone that is extremely helpful in diagnosing and repairing car problems. The tool itself is a very well made product with an easy to see display. Feels solid. It connects quickly and provides the scanner data that we expect to see when connected to the car. I am not a mechanic, but I am not afraid to dig into mildly complicated repairs and maintenance. I bought this tool when I had a check engine light come on during some rough engine idling. I suspected ignition coils. The tool scanned and reported a cylinder misfire, the data then transferred to my phone via Bluetooth. The app the generated a report which recommended replacing ignition coils and spark plug. This was spot on. After replacing the coils and spark plugs, the engine ran fine. I cleared the codes and the car has been running perfectly. I saved a thousand dollars on this repair. No joke. While tools like these are useful, the data they generate require experience to understand. This is where the app really shines. It cuts to the recommendation without having to understand all the nuances. Subsequently, I have taken some time to learn about scan tool modes and data from various YouTube videos and this has really enhanced the experience using this tool. Trust, but verify, you know. I am very satisfied with this scan tool and the free repair application. As long as the app remains free, this is a very useful tool. You can learn a lot and it works better than any other scan tool I have owned. Highly recommended.

I have a few scan tools, this one is top notch. Well worth the money. This tool will allow you to do many things within the ECM and BCM. Display is easy to use, build quality feels solid. You'll be able to do many reset capabilities and learn abilities. This easily lays out the codes and breaks them down to easily search them. It's not a basic tool, it's great for anyone.

This is an amazing bidirectional scan tool, it does everything I've asked it to do so far. The only issue I have is it's not very user friendly. Often times having to dig through menus upon menus to find what I need. Decently large in your hand, but not so big that it is awkward. For the price point I would definitely buy it again. (This one is advanced enough, and has enough features that it would work for a full-time mechanic)

My son bought this to troublesshoot several problems he was having with his car. And he said this scanner is fantastic. It's user friendly once you figure it out and it helped him resolve all his electical issues. He says it can do a whole lot more than he needed for also. He's very happy with it.

What an amazing scanner, its very easy to use, the size in perfect and a great price. Code clarity is amazing especially with the app that you can use.

Excellent Must have in your tool kit. I purchased it with the hopes to save on the dealer Diagnostic test which was $350. I plugged it in due to check engine light on, and it scanned my vehicle and came up with a code that advised changing the evap purge valve. Sure enough, that was the issue, and the dealer fixed it and this device already paid for itself. Highly recommend! Easy to use, as I do not have mechanical skills and it was easy for me to use.

I used Innova program to upgrade from Innova's 6100p to 5610 OBD2 scanner. I was given a bore scope along with my new product (will come handy looking inside the valve cover etc). Bi-directional function is great to have on hand as needed. Also, I needed a scanner to do my rear brakes on my 2020 GMC Terrain as it has EPS in order to release the piston inside of the brake caliper. My TPMS sensors need to be replaced using the 5610. Ive used it to tell me weather my plugs or coil packs was bad on my GMC. Scanner found a misfire and I will replace the plugs. No subcriptions means no extra cost to own this scanner. I was going to by one of the competitors scanners but paying for subscriptions every year was not an option for me. This upgrade model is everything I needed before and then some. I might add the price was within my budget. Not $500 or more for a OBD2 scanner as some charge!!

Lo compré para mi carro CrossFox y no he tenido suerte, no aparece en los autos disponibles, tuve que pensarlo antes que es un scanner de Estados Unidos no iba a leer un carro de Brasil, tuve esperanza pero no me ayudó.

It is supposed to be an excellent scan tool but haven’t been able to trick the App into allowing me to download it.

Fonctionne très bien,facile a utiliser,j'ai pas tous esseyer les fonctions il y en beaucoup.Ca nous enligne sur le véritable problème.On peut se dire je suis capable de le réparé,ou je l'envoie au garage.Avec le code on peut savoir ce qui fonctionne pas.Il détecte même des futurs problèmes.Tres content de mon achat.Le seul point négatif c'est qu' il a du retard il ne peut traiter les nouveaux véhicules.Comme on a pas d'abonnements a payer annuellement,c'est un peu pour ça le 1 an ou 2 de retard sur les nouveaux véhicules.Par contre je suis très satisfait je recommande🥳
