Very decent moulds, work really well, use a hair dryer to clean with kitchen roll.
My daughter, who is a pastry chef, used these and said they are very good. The trick is to never clean them except with kitchen paper towel, never get them wet, never touch the mould parts with your fingers. You can assist cleaning by using a hair dryer to soften the chocolate residue and the chocolate will be more easily absorbed into the paper. These moulds are well made and feel well made.
