Excellent Quality but the shell is thick
I like this product a lot. Good generous dosage. I do feel that the capsule shell is too thick and I suspect it takes too long to dissolve and release in my stomach!! I think it is important for it to release quickly in the stomach. So I am a bit perplexed that it feels like something is stuck in my stomach when I take it. But I also feel that it is very good quality inside... the after effects I can tell is good. So the actual Betaine HCL inside the capsule appears to be of excellent - maybe even better quality than my previous experiences.
