Works... just installed and it's working. Charges up to 99%. Not sure how long it will last. Nice gesture for them to include tools but they're basically worthless.... very poor quality. I did use the plastic pick but a credit card would've done the job.

Worked really well for 2 weeks and then it died. I can only usey laptop plugged in. It was easy to install. Package was open. I might have gotten a used battery. ***Update***Received new battery and it works very well! Holds about a 6 hour charge. I couldn't be happier! The new battery was also open, but it worked. Maybe just got a bad battery the first time. Placed in a Toshiba Satellite laptop that's 4 years old, and it's like brand new.
