Yes this switch supports any mix of POE and None POE devices and will automatiocally supply the correct wattage to the connected device. It is also possible to turn off POE auto detection on a port by port basis in the management software if required or to remoteley reboot a remote connected device.

Q: Does this switch coming from Europe void the 12-month UK warranty? Will it be supported by Ubiquiti in the UK whilst under warranty?

This switch does come with a 1 year warranty offered by Ubiquiti regardless of being supplied in the EU / UK.

Q: Does this come with a UK Plug in the box?

If it is sold for the UK market from Ubiquiti Amazon etc it will have UK lead added.

Q: Is this switch price "managed" or "unmanaged"? I need a "managed" version.

It is lyer 3 managed switch, but you need UNIFI controller if you plan to install it without existing UNIFI system
