Great lock, very thick, sturdy, and secure. I think it’s a perfect choice (for in my case) a scooter. I am able to double secure it. Works great and is easy to use. Overall, really happy with my purchase and felt like it was the perfect choice for me and my scooter.

Good manufacturing standards and materials. Affordable and effective security for your bicycle. The dimensions of the lock are perfect for all bicycles when used to lock the rear wheel and frame together without any damage to the painted metals. All steel materials under the thick plastic coatings on the steel cable and steel locking mechanism. I feel like I am back in high school when I rode my bicycle to school most days of the week. I bought this for my new electric bicycle and folding bicycle, when needed, to replace an old defective U-shaped lock. I have my electric bike secured to a huge steel support inside the garage since I had a bicycle swiped back in 1980 from my parents garage but the Police actually recovered it. Not taking any chances.

It's a very good, sturdy lock that would probably take a Thief a while to cut through. There are a few issues though that I find with this product. The first is the length of the lock. For most Bike racks that I've encountered, the lock seems to be just a few inches too short to get the rack and the bike wrapped around to then lock it. The second is the cable. Even if I were to use the steel cable in conjunction with the lock, all someone would have to do is cut the cable (if able to), rendering the lock useless because the lock would just slide off the cable. There may be more strategic ways to place the lock so that a Thief wouldn't be able to ride off with it such as possibly compromising the front or back tire with it and wrapping the cable too, but I think more of my gripe comes with the length of the lock. Then the cable may make sense when wrapping it around the Bike. I ended up getting a folding lock that's longer in length. So I use that together with this lock so Thieves may think twice before trying to take on multiple locks on a single Bike.

Perfect for my Lectric XP Step-Thru 2.0! It's the perfect size, weight and has a great feel to it. I keep the keys on my car keys, so I always have them. The lock feels strong and seems like it would be a lot harder to cut through than a traditional chain, if you are locking up an expensive bike, this is the right U-lock for you. It took me months to compare and find the perfect lock and I'm happy I found the one I needed. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend this to anyone who needs it!

Decent bike lock. Bought to use with my e-bike. Not all locks are thief proof so also put a air tag inside the frame.

This bike lock feels strong and well-built. It gives peace of mind knowing my bike is secure whether I’m leaving it outside for a few minutes or longer. The lock mechanism works smoothly and is easy to operate without sticking. The length and flexibility of the cable/chain make it simple to secure the bike to various posts or racks, and the material feels durable enough to resist casual tampering. It’s also compact enough to carry on rides without being bulky.

Make no mistake this is not a very secure lock, your bike will be stolen if you rely on this for long term outdoor storage. But it is a very handy little lock with a nice rubber coating that won't damage your bike and from 10 feet it kind of looks like a high quality U-Lock which is a protection in a way. 5 stars as a cheap, handy, portable little short term lock to scare off opportunistic bike thieves while you get coffee. 0 Stars as a serious lock for long term storage.

Very impressive product. Weight is a good thing and it's really heavy duty and the rubber layer is very thick so it's really tough. Comes with 2 keys to unlock and lock it, very easy to use and very safe. Just go for it.
