Does the job! I keep two charged batteries with me at all times as I tend to take a LOT of bird photos.

I bought this to charge batteries for my Nikon Coolpix P950 and it works as expected.

When I was unable to get a Nikon brand battery charger for my new Nikon Coolpix camera from local camera shop, I ordered this one. Came very quickly & worked like a champ. I don't mess with unknown brand accessories for my camera equipment, so it was great to get this one. Price different between this & lesser known brand $5. Well worth it.

This is a Nikon charger so it will work perfectly with the Nikon batteries that it is made for. Just be sure it is for the batteries that operate your camera and you will be very satisfied.

Bottom line is it works. It's likely NOT an actual Nikon product. It came in a clear plastic bag, which Nikon does not package that way. I have not noticed it getting excessively warm.
