Better than many on the market that I tried
The brand I typically purchased for my patient was not available so I tried these based on the amount of fluid it holds and the adhesive back. I normally purchase Wellness excellerator brand or in a pinch Tranquility Topliner. Since the topliner is peach colored I was wanting a white pad so that I could monitor the color of the patients urine due to bladder issues and these were white and held a good amount of fluid. They are more expensive than I wish but the quality is very good. I really like that they are made in Japan versus China because the quality is much better. They do not fall apart. They swell up like any booster when full but also allow liquid to flow through to the absorbent diaper as well. I doubled them side by side slightly over lapping instead of stacked on top of each other and they worked very well through the night with no leaks. I like that they are a few inches longer than the other brands. I purchased the extra long ones and they are longer than other long ones I have purchased and that is a good thing for bed ridden patients. I wish they were less expensive but some things you just have to buy to save extra misery later. Keeps from having to change the bedding, gowns from leaking. These are a life saver for care takers.

Length of strips
There must be various sizes of strips because I have had many orders of these strips in the past and these recent ones are too short for my husband’s large diapers. Watch for length but the longer size is very effective.

Soft, long, and thick, but not enough for me.
LivDry is a USA business. And I have tried the regular disposable pants. But I needed some extra help so I tried these. I was not impressed. I could still leak through. They are soft (like material not paper). They had a good sticky on the back of them. They were long but not long enough for me. Made very well. I need a thicker one.

Love this item. I use it at nighttime with my diaper or when going on a long trip. Very absorbent.
