The quality of these gloves is outstanding. I use them regularly for baking sourdough at 500°F, and they perform flawlessly every time. The heat resistance is incredible.I have never been burned while handling hot Dutch ovens or baking trays. The length is a huge advantage, as it protects not only my hands , but also my forearms when reaching into a hot oven. They feel durable, flexible, and easy to clean, which makes them so much better than cloth mitts. If you do a lot of high-heat baking or cooking, these gloves are absolutely worth it.

Good for everyday cleaning and using in the oven when warm. On the barbeque area when warm is good but not when hot. Good grip and flexibilty.

These are the best gloves I have used. I really like them and I like the fact that they protect my forearms. I make Sourdough and the dutch oven is heavy, with these I can easily get the DO in and out of the oven. These are like a glove in side a glove and you need to make sure your hands are very dry to put them on. When you take them off, hold the fingers to keep the inside glove in place. it is easy enough if you need to adjust the inside glove.

No burns yet! You do feel a little warmth when holding very hot things, but you do feel very protected!

These are great for handling hot bread, great grip for pans, seem durable and well made. Great value

Great gloves, go almost to my elbow, which is great for reaching into my hot bread oven to rotate loaves. Just wish they came in small because the mediums are swimming on me.

My last pair of silicone gloves ripped and I had a very hard time finding a replacement. Almost every silicone glove I checked out came in only one size. How likely was it that a glove that would fit a large man would also fit me, a small woman? Finally, I found the Lanon gloves, which are available in various sizes and received good reviews. I ordered them and am extremely happy I did. They provide good heat resistance, they’re comfortable, they wash easily, and they have that lovely silicone stickiness that makes it easy to grab slippery baking pans in a hot oven. I wanted them to be a little loose, so I bought the Large, which is perfect for me. The quality appears to be very high, so I hope they last for years.

Don’t believe everything you see on social media(TikTok for me). First off, these are barely heat resistant. I was baking cookies at 350° and have to flip the pans halfway through and the heat through the gloves was getting pretty harsh while doing that. I can only imagine how bad it’s going to be when I’m baking my sourdough in my Dutch ovens at 450°. Next HUGEEEE disappointment, is that the outter layer attracts hair, lint, crumbs you name it. A bakers worst nightmare!! Because of that same outter layer, it makes putting in disposable aluminum trays in and out the oven a nightmare. It almost sticks to the aluminum because of the material. It’s difficult to describe but just know these gloves are overstimulating to use especially on days that are already overwhelming I don’t need my baking gloves to add on to that! SOOOOOOO NOT worth the $40. Big regret…

Eccezionali! Li uso quando cucino al barbecue e sono estremamente soddisfatto. Isolano molto bene dal calore e sono resistenti ai graffi. Li trovo molto pratici anche per l'utilizzo con le teglie in forno rispetto alle classiche presine. Suggerisco di prendere una taglia in più perché durante l'uso col sudore può diventare complicato sfilarli e poi rimetterli. In ogni caso consigliatissimi.

Ich habe mitterlweile schon viele Ofenhandschuhe probiert: Welche aus Stoff, Stoff mit Silikon, und jetzt auch Silikon mit Stoff gefüttert. Ich benutze einen Dampfbackofen. Gerade bei heißem Dampf ist Stoff nicht so optimal. Hier passiert nichts. Die Handschuhe sind komplett Wasserdicht und die Ärmel sind relativ lange. Man kann auch problemlos mal Kartoffel oder Knödel aus einem Topf mit kochendem Wasser fischen. Danach kann man sich einfach die Hände mit Spüli waschen. Die einzigen Nachteile bis jetzt sind, dass die Handschuhe gerne mal etwas zusammen kleben und das sie im Vergleich zu Stoffhandschuhen relativ schnell warm werden. Ein heißes Backblech kann man mit anderen Handschuhen definitiv länger halten, wenn man sich aber davor den Platz frei räumt, dann ist das kein wirkliches Problem.

Tenía otros guantes para usar con altas temperaturas pero me han durado un año y se han destrozado. Eran de esos que llevan un revestimiento como de lana con antideslizante. Los uso para hacer pan en una olla de hierro a 250grados asi que necesito que realmente me protejan. Estos de silicona los compré recomendados por un amigo y estoy muy contento, después de unos cuantos usos estan como el primer día. No se si quizá en una barbacoa cerca de fuego directo o brasa puedan degradarse pero para sacar y meter mi olla del pan van perfectos.
