My 5 year old has had the hardest time pooping. He's gone almost 2 weeks without pooping in the past. MiraLAX was prescribed by our pediatrician and seemed to be the only thing that helped him, but I didnt want him to be on it long term. I went searching for a better and more long term alternative and these have worked wonders, so far. He's been taking one a day every day for the past 3 weeks after dinner and he has been pooping EVERY MORNING! I do have to mix it in a juice since he says that in water it tastes different, but I am so thankful for this product!

Our 1.5 year old daughter has had belly issues since she was born. Long story short now her belly struggles with constant constipation and pain on and off. No medicine helped and made things worse sometimes. I put this in her oat milk and it has helped her have very good and healthy and soft stools! I give it to her once daily and as soon a she has it, her belly seems to function as it should be not having it and it just completely struggles and can't seem to have a normal stool no matter what she eats. She had lactose and milk protein issues her whole life and really bad pain on and off and still has it depending on what she eats. The constant constipation was another added on thing that started around 10-12 months. These probiotics have a variety of strains that must help her belly function no normal!!! I'm so happy for this product and would not change a thing about it.

I have 3 kids ages 4, 8, and 11. They are able to take these probiotics without issue so far. They dissolve well and the kids haven't remarked about it tasting gross or anything. Prior to this we were using another brand in hopes of healing their gut health. These seem to work for digestive health so far. I read the list of flora included in these packets and one of them are flora that are supposed to help with mental function and mood. So hopefully in the next couple of months we will see a change in anxious moods etc as well. I will amend my review at a later date with an update once we have more time with this brand. But so far so good on the digestive help.

My 3 yo toddler has a very poor diet . He has had trouble pooping for a couple months now where he would strain for hours or sometimes go for 4-5 days without going . We have been consistently on a 2 packet a day regimen for just over 2 months now adding it to his milk so he doesn’t notice . I’ve tried it also and it is definitely unflavored as advertised which we needed badly because of his food sensitivity. We have kept a poo schedule very detailed the entire two months and from going every 3-5 days he’s going every other day if not every day! His diet has not changed . This product is a miracle I’m telling you it has helped tremendously from him screaming with crocodile tears and pushing for hours to easily passing it with no problem . We are so grateful we have found this and I will continue to purchase it!!!

So far, so good with this stuff. My 5 year old was diagnosed with encopresis and needs to be on probiotics daily to keep him regular. I’ve struggled finding one he likes (gummy or chewable), and sometimes I think the Culturelle Kids packets aren’t as effective anymore. I started adding this to his milk and he doesn’t even notice!!! I even added it to his Prime one day. It mixes well and doesn’t look too gritty at the bottom of his cup. He has ARFID & is extremely picky, so the fact he doesn’t notice it tells me it’s flavorless. He’s going regularly and has nicely formed bowel movements. Highly recommend it!

I bought this product for my 3 yo to try and it works really well for him! He is definitely having healthier gut with this probiotics.
