Q: What is the clearance of the glass shelf? Would it be big enough to fit a Sonos Five?

The glass shelf has two possible positions, and a Sonos 5 would only fit with the shelf in the lower position. The clearance would be 10.25".

Q: can you put vinyls on the level in the middle too? or just the bottom

The glass shelf is adjustable. That shelf has 10.25" clearance and the lower shelf has 13.25" clearance as depicted which would limit the size of the vinyl,. There are also no dividers for the upper shelf. With an interior width of19.25", it would be possible to lay them flat, however.

Roughly 80-85 (including some double-records).

Q: Can you remove the record dividers?

Hello, the record dividers do not need to be in the stand for stability. There are pre-drilled holes that will be shown if they are not added. Thank you.
