I’ve been using this induction cooktop for over 2 years now, and it has never given me a single issue. Cooking is much faster compared to a regular gas stove, and the built-in timer feature is a real game changer for me. I’ve been so impressed with it that I’ve purchased this same model three times as gifts for family members—and none of them have faced any problems either. Pros:- 1. Touch buttons – Super easy to clean, and no worries about accidental spills damaging it. My old induction had mechanical buttons which eventually stopped working, but this one has been flawless. 2. Energy-efficient – I actually calculated the cost, and it turns out cheaper than using a gas cylinder. 3. Accurate heating levels – Works well for all kinds of cooking, from simmering to frying. 4. Safe & user-friendly – Perfect for anyone, even beginners. Cons: At my mother-in-law’s place, the unit once stopped working because of heavy voltage fluctuations. However, after changing the wire and stabilizing the power supply, it started working fine again. So the issue wasn’t really with the induction itself, but with the electricity. Overall, this it is reliable and efficient! 😄

Worst product, never satisfied and also disappointed with Amazon for tag selling this kind of products. With two months two times stopped working after 1st repair in a month and also their stovekraft whatsapp and customer care contact is very difficult. Their what's app and contact no is not working. How can we contact them. Amazon please notedown and banned products of Stovekraft induction.

The induction cooktop is very good for bachelor's for coffee, tea making. Works fine. Functions are also good. Feather thouch is fab. Cons.(refer video) its control program is not that good. Due to some mistake or its malfunction all Function keys are locked by program. Now it starts at full capacity. Some times is didnt show the display. Also do not stop fan automatically after cooling. I have read complete user manual nowhere mentioned about any Function lock or child safety lock like other induction cooktop. After sale service experience- I contacted to customer service and its been 5 days. No one came to repair. I have send them video of malfunction then i got the info that its PCB is malfunctioning need to replace it and they do not have the parts for repair. Authorised Service only available in mumbai, pune and nagpur in maharashtra as per my knowledge. Rest area people need to bring product to office by self cost.
