As a Celiac (Gluten-free) these are hard to find in a store. I was excited when I found them on Amazon. It took a while to receive them, but are worth waiting for. They are so Yummy and easy to make.

This gluten free biscuit mix was truly a game changer for us. My husband was diagnosed with celiac disease more than 30 years ago, and when he found out he couldn’t have traditional biscuits, he thought his life was over. (It would have been, too, if they had not found out what was wrong with him, but thankfully they did.) Fast forward through years of my grinding up rice to make rice flour, then trying to make biscuits. It was sad. Very sad. Those things could have been used for self defense. They were SO heavy! Enter Red Lobster Gluten Free Cheddar Biscuit Mix. WOW! They are just as good as the real thing - soft and light inside with a nice crunchy exterior. We add extra cheddar cheese, and they are delicious! What a blessing!

I use Cheddar cheese and grate it myself to keep the biscuits gluten free. Processed or already shredded cheese may contain gluten. Google for more information on ingredients to look out for. These biscuits are great - just do not overmix.

I love this Red Lobster Gluten Free Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix! It’s super easy to make, and the biscuits come out light, cheesy, and full of flavor. The garlic herb seasoning is perfectly balanced—not too salty or overpowering. You’d never guess they’re gluten free. A must-have for anyone who misses those famous restaurant biscuits!

This has the same taste as the one with gluten.

These are delicious! I used to order a number of them in a box but Amazon only sells 1 box per purchase. I hope they start selling these in bulk again, maybe offer 3, 6, 10. Please offer more choices and not just as a single box sell.
