aden + anaisClassic Muslin Swaddle Blanket 4 Pack - Product (RED) Special Edition

I’ve used this brand of swaddles with 4/5 kids. Didn’t know about them with my first kid and wish I would have had them. They are so big and versatile. Can be used to cover baby in the car seat/stroller to keep people/sun away from the baby. They launder wonderfully and continue to get softer as they age. Since they are thin material I was never concerned about my baby getting overheated and they dry in a flash when you need to wash and get them back to a fussy toddler that needs their wooby in a flash!

I love these blankets - the missing star is only because the price was insane. They were a present to myself and one thing I splurged on for the arrival of my 3rd baby. They are a nice quality and at first I thought they were too big to be truly useful, but the size has worked well to use to cover up when nursing or to use as a shade cover on the travel stroller frame that doesn't have additional shade on it.

These are brilliant for everyday use. I prefer them as blankets and covers to swaddles as they aren't super soft. I got the silky soft A&A as well and those are indeed silky soft! But these are still great and we use them daily. Love the red!

I love these blankets. They are the only ones I use. For swaddling at night and draping over the baby carrier while out and about. They are thin enough that they pack into a diaper bag and don't take much space. These are machine washable and the colors don't fade. They get softer as washed as well. Love love love.

Everyone talks wonders about Aden + anais that's why I wanted to get some receiving blankets. I have to say I'm not impressed at all. I got some bamboo receiving blankets for my baby shower and they are 10 times softer than these. The size and design is good (I got the red ones special edition) but I won't be buying them again. I rather spending that amount of money in the bamboo ones.

These are absolutely worth it! I got the set with the caterpillars, goldfish, frogs and bees and I love that they are totally gender neutral without being boring. They got softer with each wash and even after my little girl outgrew swaddles and is now a very active toddler, she still has one she uses for summer. We gave the others to a friend who just had triplets and she reports that there is a bonus feature that they can absorb a lot. (there was a throw up incident with her five year old)

I love the patterns on these and in general they are great, larg the and soft swaddles. I don't love how the blanket with the busiest pattern feels... It's a little heavy on the paint and doesn't stretch as good as the ones with less paint. These also are not perfectly square like my other ones... Maybe slightly lower quality since they were a special edition?
