After researching for hrs on the getting line the right 6AN fitting compatible components required for this new Corvette style 58psi fuel pressure regulator & filter system installed; I have been successfully able to say that this 20’ length Evil Energy fuel line upgrade kit (18’-21’ rec’d) is more than enough to get the job done on my 2003 Tahoe 5.3l application when combined with a KEMS0 430 in-tank fuel pump upgrade when you make the TBSS manifold on any LS V8 5.3l LM7 (all displacements apply) I combined it with the following other items to that included; (1) P/N 30247 Fuel pump relay heavy duty wiring kit to replace the old stock small wires with a heavy duty long run wire set & relay to prevent any voltage loss to the new KEMSO 430 fuel pump (in-tank) upgrade too (1) KEMSO 430 in-tank fuel pump upgrade to replace the stock pump with this new stronger one to ensure that I have consistent 58psi at WOT (1) 58psi Corvette style fuel rail filter/pressure regulator to the TBSS 6AN size fittings (1) 0-100psi fuel rail schreader valve fuel rail adapter to fuel pressure indicator screws-on to the passenger’s side fuel rail in the TBSS manifold to ensure that your getting 58psi (1) EVIL energy 6AN Nylon Braided Fuel Hose w/ Fittings kit to replace the existing stock fuel lines with more fuel pressure & correctly required 6AN Corvette Style Filter/58psi Regulator fittings to the fuel pump Undr the drivers side rear passenger seat / where OEM in-tank fuel pump is located on 2003 Tahoe. The thickness is perfect for the added fuel pressure of the stronger pump required to keep the pressure perfectly stable at 58psi demands under a forced induction applications (turbo/supercharged) or as naturally aspirated with a big camshaft comparability’s required additional fuel pressure needs so your engines not starving for fuel & you have no problem with getting enough fuel to keep your bigger fuel injectors fed and happy when you’re ready to launch the line too! Compatibly of the 6AN fuel line fittings & braided nylon fuel lines themselves that are all included for you in this particular perfect 20’ fuel line kit is truly the best way to make sure that your engines bigger upgraded fuel injectors (80lb injectors in my application of a single turbocharged upgraded 5.3l stage II aka turbo camshaft, 3” dual exhaust, with the TBSS truck intake manifold installed on my 2003 Chevy Tahoe was the best option to replace those lesser trustworthy & non-sufficiently capable of providing the necessary demands placed upon the stock fuel pump’s production and the added fuel supply capacity of this fuel line kit made it very easy to do myself & the starving for correct PSI is no longer an issue in my vehicle’s to do list of all the items that are required to do the job correctly on a turbocharged motor application for sure too! Cannot go wrong with Evil Energy's AN line kits. They are AWESOME! I used this on my LSA Escalade build for my intercooler/heat exchanger lines. Could not be happier. Very easy to attach the fittings.... unlike some of the cheaper versions of this on Amazon. Do yourself a favor and get the better quality stuff, like EE, helps cut down on the foul language that escapes your mouth while assembling the lines, lol.

I bought this Evil Energy 10AN hose kit to plumb my oil accumulator on a race car I am rebuilding. I had the stainless mesh hose that was on the car before but decided to go with the nylon outer cover and the stainless inside the cover. This nylon braided hose is much easier to work with, more pliable and it doesn't stick you like the outer stainless covered hose. I needed more than 10 feet and had to order a few more fittings due to the complexity of my installation but it turned out great. I actually like the black hose in my car than the stainless. All of the fittings were easy to work with and fit perfectly. I have used Evil Energy hose before and won't go back to the others.

I was initially frustrated by the outer jacket fraying during installation but this technique works great and makes these sleeved lines even easier to work with than plain old stainless lines. 1. Saturate a half inch band of braid with plain super glue and let dry. 2. Cut through the middle of the super glue area with a hack saw or band saw - no need to tape. 3. Clean up the end with nippers. I went all the way around and made a 45 degree chamfer to make entry to the fitting easier.. 4. Clamp hose in vice, lube with silicon grease and drive on fitting with an impact driver and 3/4" Socket. 5. Lube and screw on the end with a 3/4" flare wrench. The included fittings of nice quality. The Kit has a complete variety of fittings and is an excellent value.

Good assortment of fittings and easy to use

This product offers excellent value for money, fits well, and is easy to use. I appreciate the braided line, as it’s made of high-quality material that makes installation easier. The material is softer and more flexible, which prevents it from adding thickness during installation. having all the adapters makes the functionality great and easy to hook up in any scenario.

First time trying Evil Energy. VERY IMPRESSED! I have used several other brands but these went together easily. A little than some brands but a very good value. Will definitely use them again.

Installation of the fittings went smoothly only after realizing they had reverse threading. Then it went on super easily and holds really well. Then hose is of good quality and definitely recommended.

Second time I have ordered this kit, used the last one to replace my transmission and oil cooler lines. The kit comes with a good assortment of fittings. It was easy to put the fittings on the hose, I bought an adjustable aluminum AN fitting wrench, and a set of soft jaws for my vice that really made things go smoothly.

I bout this kit to relocate heater hoses on my RSX. BEAUTIFUL connectors, high quality hose. Great price.
