Great taste
Really nice sabzi khoshk. I have tried a bunch of different types from stores, but I definitely prefer these. What I really like about Sadaf's sabzi ghormeh is the taste, which I assume has to do with the proportion of herbs, but probably also with the herbs not being too old and dry (I can see that when I soak the content in water, the herbs 'come to life' much faster and also have more vivid color once soaked). Many of the other ones end up giving the ghormeh a bit of a bitter taste and odor that I really don't enjoy, and I have never figured out what the source is, but I was pleasantly surprised to see these ones don't do that. The ghormeh ends up having a very soothing and well balanced taste, which makes me pretty happy!

Now I can easily make my own Gormeh Sabzi
It's easy to make and really good. I soaked the herbs longer, like an hour, and added a whole can of drained kidney beans. Simmered a little longer than directions said. I didn't have the dried lemons so I just used more lemon juice. It was really good and even better after soaking all night. Even my hubby, who likes Persian kabob better than the stews, said it was really good!

Delicious
Love this brand. Love that I can order it online and be delivered to my home. Before I had to go to a specific store and not always they were in stock. Sabzi Gormeh is my family favorite dish. If you haven’t try - definitely recommend to try. It is very good with basmati rise.

Great value and speed of delivery.
Persian gurma sabzi … great and east to use. Very flavorsome. The traditional Persian dish requires a lot of work to buy fresh greens, clean and cut then cook. This saves time and it taste great.

Decent pot of green herb stew.
Great convenience item when you need your gormeh sabzi. I moved away from the city to a rural area and the dried herbs here mean I don't have to go hunting down the herbs back in the city. Makes a pretty decent pot of stew. Just a recipe note, triple the meat, double the beans, and use beef stock instead of water. And for the dried lemon that just seem to float, use a quarter cup of fresh lime juice instead.

Delicious
Delicious and comparable pricing to what I find in the store. Very convenient with prime. We’ve been using this for years because it’s so easy and has a great flavor.

Great tasting and only a fraction of the time
Compared to making Gormeh Sabzi from scratch, this is a phenomenal alternative. Even my persian friends are hard pressed to tell the difference.

good price for Sadaf product- Excellent dried herb for Sabzi Ghormeh
This 3 pack combo for the Sabzi Ghormeh is very well priced. I prefer Sadaf brand to most of the other brands for dried spices (Sadaf is one of the reliable companies for their specialty middle eastern grocery products). As an experienced cook, I don't use only the dried Sabize for making the Ghormeh. I combine a couple of handfuls of the dried herb with fresh herbs ( e.g. parsley , cilantro or at least a pack of frozen spinach)
