Flat letterbox friendly bottle
The bottle is flat, the lid covers the top; I wish it was a flip top because i get a number of tablets out when tipping them out. I find the tablets easy to Swallow. There are 365 tablets in a bottle and the best before date is in 20 months time.

I have been taking these for a year and my blood test results indicate that they are working as my B vitamin levels are good. You get 365 tablets, take one a day makes these great value the only thing I would change is the container.

Taste, All good, you don't chew them, just swallow them with juice or water! But I only take them now and then not on a regular basis 👍
