Completely shocked to say this thing actually works...
Although I am a California hippie feminist, I admit I have a streak of vanity that hasn't diminished over my 56 years. My neck was BAD. Crepey, vertical grooves and wrinkles were no longer subtle, but huge. I'd been using Neutrogena products with Retinol, and that seemed to be slowing the progression, but the sun damage from my years spent overtanning was obvious. I was seriously considering cosmetic surgery so I could stop wearing turtlenecks and scarves. I don't even wear makeup or nail polish or color my hair, but was considering plastic surgery - nuts. Let me also say that I do not believe in miracle cures, and generally don't believe five star reviews of things like this. If it's so good, how come nobody's heard of it, right? But I ordered one of these as one last attempt to do something other than go under the knife. Addressing other posts - I use witch hazel before applying each night, no problem sticking. Although it is a somewhat constricting feeling, it has not been difficult to fall/stay asleep with this on my neck. I wash it every two days with baby shampoo. At that, though, I think three weeks is about as long as it'll go before a replacement is needed. It's not terribly noticeable on my neck, spouse hasn't even realized I have it on yet (two weeks). After the first few nights I was pretty sure my neck actually looked worse, but may have been just that I was staring at it longer. But I committed to try it for two full weeks. Around 8 or 9 nights I started to think, hm, maybe it's a little better? But I dunno. Probably not. After night 11 I thought, it really does look like it might be better, but not enough to keep using this, really. But it's the morning after Night 13 and I have a new neck. Well, no, I have the neck I had when I was 45. I am truly amazed. Shocked. This thing works! So far five hours after removing it this AM and I am still staring at my new neck in wonder. Just bought a few more SilcSkins. My vanity budget will support these much more happily than it will a plastic surgeon.

You need a band to hold it in place--will transform your neck with long term use
I was getting profoundly depressed, because after spending a lot of money on Fraxel and Ultherapy, after six months, the skin on the neck looked so crepey, it was awful. I had bought this in 2016, used it a few times, found it uncomfortable and it fell off during the night. So I now went looking and bought one by BLUMBODY, which comes in an awesome box that solves your storage problem in an elegant way, and has a band with velcro at the ends you can wrap around it to keep it in place. It also has a soap that actually increases adhesion after you've washed it. Silcskin should really look at that. Transformed! I've been wearing it almost 24 hours, taking it off to shower and apply some moisturizer. Even in a few days, I can see a measurable difference. It is exhilarating. The skin is so much smoother, the wrinkles much finer, you really have to look carefully, though I will need some time to make this more permanent. After using the chestpad for months, I do believe the skin develops some memory. You have to keep using them, but not as often. I will be coming back to Silcskin, despite its huge price, because it is the only one whose pads don't have a ripple. You can see it on other pads as you are handling them--and it transfers on to the skin! It's not too noticeable, but it's clearly visible up close. Not sure what causes it. Why have a pad that causes more wrinkles, even really fine ones? If only Silcskin invested in a box, a band, and a soap, and kept the same price, it would be the best product. At its current price, I suspect most will go o the cheaper product with the far superior packaging.

Reduces the deep wrinkles but is temporary.
I know this is intended for your neck but I use it in between my breasts instead of the one intended for that purpose to softening the lines on your chest. It's smaller and seems to stick better there than where it is intended and better that the one that is supposed to be used there. It is temporary though. If you don't wear it for a night, the wrinkles come back as deep as they were before so wear it when you have something coming up that you want to lessen the wrinkles for.

I purchased the décolleté version and really loved it, worked wonders on the file lines on my chest. The neck on feels suffocation, wore it twice over night and it kept falling off.

Works!!!
I am a 57 year old, white woman with normal skin. I had been using a similar neck wrap from a different company but was so impressed with SilcSkin's decollete pad that I wanted to give their version a try. It is thicker but I believe the thickness is what keeps the wrinkles from forming overnight. I don't find it uncomfortable, to me it feels as though it's holding up my skin (i.e. defying gravity!). Because I sleep on all sides (front, back, left and right sides), I do use a stretchy hand band over the wrap to make sure that it stays put. I use it 2-3 times a week on clean skin, washing the pad after each use, and it's made a world of difference. I have very little sagging now. Clearly people have had different results. I think that's probably to be expected considering all of the skin types out there. I personally will be buying again and would definitely recommend giving a try. Compared to expensive treatments and/or surgery, it's worth a shot!

I know; sounds stupid! I had that crepe like weird skin; and I thought - spending tons at my cosmetic specialist; may as well try this. After the 1st try; I was shocked; the crepe skin was gone. I tried it again 2 nights later; and just super. Believe it or not - I have only used it twice; and it; the crepe skin; has not come back! I am shocked; pleasantly!

Nur nach einer Woche Verwendung haftet nicht mehr. Die Qualität ist nicht ausreichend und ich kann persönlich nicht weiter empfehlen.

It doesn’t stick very well, you have to keep touching it to keep it in place . It tends to peel off from the back ..
