Colorme Root Touch Up Temporary Hair Mascara to color and Blend Semi Permanent Dye regrowth. Washes Out (BLUE)

I love this product! This temporary hair color is genius. I use it to put peek-a-boo highlights in my hair when I want and it lasts until I wash it out. The application has a little bit of a learning curve, but after my first use, it has become quite easy. It applies with a mascara-type wand. After washing my hair, I pull back all but the section(s) I want to apply the Colorme to. I apply it to wet hair and then dry it with as high a heat setting as I can stand on my hair dryer. Then I dry the rest of my hair and style as usual. I've found that it sets best with HEAT. It does make the colored section of hair feel more stiff than usual, but once it is fully set, I am able to comb through and it blends well with the rest of my hair. I love the precision of application that isn't possible with colored hair sprays. This is NOT for coloring your whole head. It is the size of a tube of mascara. Using it for highlighted sections, I get at least 8 uses out of each tube. I've tried three colors. Violet (see picture) is my favorite. On my light hair, it leaves a light pink tint after one wash. I love that! The tint it leaves is very similar to the Juliette Rose shade. It makes me feel like I am getting a two-in-one deal. The Juliette Rose is beautiful. The Fuchsia is very bright! I was hoping it would fade in the same way the Violet did, but I've not experienced that. The formula on all three has been consistent.

I bought this to put streaks in my blonde hair and really liked the pigment and the ease of application. It does stay a little sticky for a while, so I would usually put it on before doing my makeup, and by the time I am done with that my hair is ready to be brushed and styled. I would not suggest this product for very damaged hair unless your ok with some slight staining. At the ends of my extremely dry damaged hair I would get some slight pink stains that would not wash out, but I personally really liked how it looked. It probably won't be a problem for healthy natural blonde hair or brown hair, but bleached hair tends to absorb more pigments. Not long after I purchased this I dyed my whole head purple and I almost gave this away thinking I wouldn't need it, however I found its really handy for touch ups! I put this at my roots where color doesn't hold well and it helps me always look freshly dyed :)

Colorme is okay for a temporary hair color, but I didn't like how it makes my hair look; it made my hair look damaged and dried out, unlike the Joyous temporary hair color, so I probably won't buy this again, but I really like the color and I was able to hide the damage looking hair by spraying a dry conditioner on the hair, which made my hair look normal again, so I might buy this color again in the future. It is unlikely though, because if it looks damaged from this product, then it must have hurt or damaged my hair, and I try to avoid damaging my hair, so I am uncomfortable using the Colorme temporary hair colors. In addition, if you are Black like me and has hair that can't get wet if you want it to look tame and decent, then you need to be aware that this product does wet your hair quite a bit, though it dries almost instantly, but it wets it enough that it somewhat frizzed my hair. If you have straight hair, then you won't likely care, but if you have curly, kinky, or frizzy hair, this might not completely work for you. However, it didn't frizz my hair enough that it was too noticeable, so with oil or a dry spray on conditioner, you should be perfectly fine. It really depends on you. I do recommend trying the Colorme temporary hair colors though because they don't stain you or your clothes and get on everything, so there is no mess, the color is very vibrant, noticeable, and pretty, and it self-seals. Like the Joyous temporary hair colors, the Colorme wash right out when you wet your hair. Colorme lasts about the same amount of time as the Joyous temporary hair colors, 2-4 days, but starts to fade right after the first day.

I used this product in halloween on my 5year old and I absolutely loved it.Packaging was perfect arrived real fast,Color was on point keeping in mind my son has light brown hair.It was super easy to apply and dry,i dried it with a hair dryer and it was super fast wich is great for children that dont like you working on there hair for a long time(like mine).Lasted through TrikOrTreating and my son touched and rubbed his head multiple times and it didn’t smudge or fade.Lastly the removel was super easy did not have to scrub it super hard or anything.In Conclusion I really loved this product and would recommend.

(Long dark brown hair, curly. No hair damage at all besides some split ends: I haven't touched a blow-dryer or curling iron in years, and I've never dyed or bleached my hair before.) Disappointed. I knew the color wouldn't be very bright since my hair is dark, but I can't see any color at all unless I stand under a very bright light and lean close to the mirror. Tube was empty after adding only 5-6 streaks. Hair feels crispy and gummy, even after letting it dry and combing it; very unpleasant to touch. Fingers still come away faintly purple even after the dye dried, but that could be because I added a little bit of oil to my hair afterwards (I live in a humid climate, so some anti-frizz measure is a necessity); I'm not worried about it staining my shirt, but it would probably tint a pillowcase if I slept on it. A big thank you to other posters who recommended gloves: I managed to keep my wand-wielding hand purple-free, but my other hand was extremely purple. The color doesn't flick off the wand, so that's nice: I didn't have to worry about getting it all over the counter. The comb I brushed my hair with after the dye had dried ended up covered in purple that will come off on your hands but doesn't wash off well--comb had to be thrown out. This stuff might be fun if you have pale hair and just want to streak a lock of hair by your face. For anyone else, meh. At the least, it was nice to get a preview of what my hair will likely look like if I try to dye the whole thing purple.

It colors well but has a chalky feel to it.

Viene como un rímel y es complicado de poner. Esta hecho para que te lo pongas en una sola ocasión ( para una cena etc) ya que el día siguiente se quedo prácticamente todo en el cepillo. La cantidad es poca

L'ho acquistato per mia figlia che ha 13 anni ed è rimasta molto contenta e soddisfatta del prodotto. Forse un pò troppo costoso rispetto alla quantità!

Botes secos, mala aplicación no seca en el pelo y con el primer lavado se quita.creo que están estropeados o no funcionaba bien

Die Farbe geht leider mehr ins Lila und ist nicht wie abgebildet, war aber dennoch ok für mich. Gut finde ich auch, dass alle Farben die ich bestellt habe trotz dunkelblondem Haar sehr intensiv und kräftig sind, das hat mich schon positiv überrascht. Was mir aber leider überhaupt nicht gefällt ist, dass die Haar kleben als hätte man Haarspray darauf gesprüht, nur leider lässt sich das hier bisher nicht so einfach ausbürsten. Ich hatte schon billigere Haarmascaras bei denen nichts geklebt hat, dafür war die Farbe halt nicht so intensiv. Man kann wohl nicht alles haben. Mit dem sichtbaren Ergebnis bin ich jedenfalls zufrieden, da ich aber klebende Haare hasse weil es mir immer das Gefühl vermittelt meine Haare wären schmutzig, weiß ich noch nicht ob ich dauerhaft damit glücklich werde. Wen das aber nicht stört, der ist damit sicher gut beraten.
