The product has no cap and the spray portion is broken.I ordered along with hair voluminizer . No proper packaging for this particular product. Voluminizer was well packed but the spray not properly packed. The spray usage is good.

I ordered the BBlunt Heat Protectant and was shocked when the package arrived — the bottle was completely empty. Not a single drop of product inside. For a brand this well-known, I expected at least basic quality control, but this shows zero responsibility. What made it worse is that the item is non-refundable, so I basically wasted my money on an empty plastic bottle. No support, no replacement, nothing. If this is how orders are being fulfilled, I strongly recommend avoiding this product. Spending your money on something that arrives EMPTY and cannot be returned is incredibly frustrating. There are plenty of better, more reliable brands out there — don’t risk your money like I did.
