Metatarsal Pads Ball of Foot Cushions - Metatarsal Pads for Women and Men - Soft Gel Foot Pads Metatarsal Foot Forefoot Cushioning Foot Pain Relief - 2 Pairs Clear: Free UK Shipping on Orders Over £10 and Free 30-Day Returns on Selected Fashion Items sold or fulfilled by desertcart. Review: Good! - I originally had the Brison metatarsal pads that come built into sleeves, but after wearing them all day, the raised seam was getting a bit uncomfortable. My physio suggested trying these instead, and I’m glad I did. They’re more comfortable, and while they stay in place pretty well, wearing snug socks definitely helps. I’ve been using them for a few days now and prefer them over the sleeve-style ones. Importantly, they give good cushioning under the ball of the foot—exactly what I need. Not sure about durability yet, but so far, so good. Review: Good feel - Nice quality. Comfortable in the shoe. Need more time to rest effect and durability

Flap flap
These are a good size very strong but they are only fixed over the toe which I knew but they gap about and move with cocks on and not for me. But good quality.

Rubbish - cannot recommend
Why did you choose this product over others?: Followed the instructions but the pad just moves around anyway and as soon as I put my shoe back on I got even more pain because of the pain being there. Totally useless and cannot recommend!

They really do help!
A chiropodist recommended these. I must admit, after trying various gel inserts and pads without much success, I was sceptical but, they actually do work and have eased the metatarsal pain considerably. Took a few days to get used to them.

Makes walking bearable again
I have a Morton’s neuroma which has become a lot more bearable with these gel pads, they’re also easy to wash and keep fresh , highly recommend

(Updated) A month after the ball of my right foot started hurting from standing/walking all day at work, I looked for a solution and found these. I put the pads on and they really did help with the pain! I'd wear them to work all day and noticed it wasn't as bad when it was over. Didn't fix the problem but it helps. Now, after 2 months of COVID quarantine, I gave my feet a break and my metatarsal pain went away. I went back to work and I still wear these as a preventative measure. Hopefully I stay pain-free. I initially gave these 4 stars because I can still kind of feel it wrapped SLIGHTLY uncomfortably around my toe. But honestly, it's not that big of a difference. I don't even notice it unless I think about it. So I'll give it 5 stars. They deserve it. The company owner is also very responsive. Instructions said to apply powder after washing, so I asked the owner what kind and he said baby powder. I don't have any so I just put the pads on as is. I'm not concerned about adhesion because I put socks over them. They do slide around a bit and maybe it's because I don't use the powder? But either way, there's not that many places it can slide to when it's strapped to your toe. Haven't yet tried them without socks though, and probably never will anyway. These are also very easily washable in the sink. It's the first thing I do when I get home. This a very decent product, and I say try these pads if you have pain on the ball of your foot!

Update: I’m lowering my initial 5 star review to 4 stars for the following reason; one downfall of this soft, very cushy metatarsal pad is, because it’s so flexible, the “toe loop” stretches, thus allowing the pad that is to assist with cushioning the ball of the foot to be pulled by my sock/s and move from the area. I still feel this product is helping with the pain in the ball of my feet, and toes on my right foot. Again, it’s very cushy.....I just wish there was a way to keep the “toe loop” from stretching out so much. I have pain in the ball of my foot and in my two last toes. Even though I constantly stretch my feet, and gets massages and acupuncture, the pain remains. I purchased these foot cushions, and honestly I have felt some relief. I've only had them a couple of days, so I can't provide long term information, but I would say, if you have any type of pain in the toe and/or ball region of your foot, definitely give these a try. I did not utilize the arch support included, as they must be attached to the shoe, and since I wear numerous shoes for various reasons, I felt the adhesion would become less "sticky".
